Hello- Masturbation causes the formation of scar tissues in penis due to aggressive to and fro motion of the hand, masturbation results in a quick orgasm, masturbation involves in ejaculation every time irrespective of the quality of erection. These factors make masturbation unhealthy if done in excess. Sex unlike above release stress, improve bonding, stimulates the body to secrete testosterone etc. So sex is termed as healthy as compared to masturbation.

Kindly guide me Is circumcision depend on every individuals condition of tight foreskin or is it the same with everyone. Can not this issue resolve with small cut.

Please Circumcision is advised in very tight foreskin, pin hole urethra meatus etc Can try for. Put some coconut oil drops below penile skin and do forward and backward movements of penile skin slowly avoiding masturbation Do it for 3 months It will be free If not relived Consult nearby surgeon in person.

I feel heavy head in the morning. I want a diet chart in order to feel active and energetic full day. I am 32 year old, with a height of 5.8 feet. I weight around 72 kg. Please help me to be fit and to feel energetic.

1. Exercise daily for 1/2 hr 2. Drink 3 litres water daily 3. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hr interval instead of 3-4 large meals. In between balanced main meals (comprising of whole grains, whole legumes/fish/chicken/egg, fruits, vegetables, low fat dairy product), have healthy snacks- coconut water w/o cream, nuts, oilseeds, boiled egg, roasted chana, roasted makhana, muri with veggies, roasted chirwa, whole fruit with green tea. 4. Eat slowly chewing your food well 5. Avoid junk, processed, refined, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 6. Be active- take stairs instead of lift, walk instead of taking transport 7. Avoid skipping meals 8. Sleep & wake up early. 9. Have light & early dinner. 10. Find out the trigger for your headaches. Try chewing ajwain post main meals.

1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress,Physical and mental strain, hyper acidity or muscle pull 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4 Avoid Alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption. 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food 6..Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain.7. Hi. loosing of hair at this is Androgenetic alopecia ,it is very common now a days in this age group. These are due to hormone changes, stress, lack of sleep, unhealthy diet .Regulate your daily activities, stress, sleep, drink lots of water ,eat vegetable and fruits. And do some exercise daily. Do massage to your hair with different oils like Almond ,coconut, olive oil, castor oil. Apply Tugain 5% lotion on scalp. Biotin salt will help

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am having problem while sleeping. I can't sleep for a long duration at night. I can sleep for only 2 to 3 hours only. I am 22 years old. I do not drink and also not a smoker. Help me.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

I am 38 years old and 15 months pregnant and diabetic insulin dependent for past two years. We have a function at home during the month of May. So today I travelled to may shops to buy series. My mother has burning pain while urination and in small quantity from last 4-5 years. She goes to toilet 3-4 times in a hour. Problem get worst in night. In usg and urine test no symptoms found. Only blood found in urine which is not seen directly by eyes. She has taken many treatments but not cure permanently. Please advice treatment. She has allergic asthma sometimes. She is not diabetic. please send it to urologist.
