My mom is suffering from leg pain in scan report it has come that fluid in knee had reduced which help in lubrication so one doctor told now we cannot bring back that fluid on the knee only option we can reduce the knee pain now she is living with knee pain so is it I need to consult pain management specialist will it be worthwhile for my mom one thing she is teacher so he profession demands standing she is 50 years age gall bladder removed currently she will be going to operated of hernia in future please give me to the point suggestion what should I do.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area

Start with simple tummy tucking exercise and try to perform knee bending and the then straightening while lying down. Try to strech to sides by bending on the opposite side while standing.

HEADACH As of now for headache you can take tablet Paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate.if you want medicine than , i will prescibe

Calf stretches standing calf stretch stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part (knee) rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

For pain do have only cold water fomentation for 15 min every day of same time only during after 10 am - 7pm for 5 days if pain continues rule out any vascular lesions by competent neuro physio or vascular specialist

Right hand middle finger gets locked at the second knuckle nearer the palm. No swelling, no pain except at the base when pressed. Arthritis? Am 64 years old active woman.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Do bridging exercise lying supine position and bend your both knee and lift your back for 10 sec hold then down do 15 times. Slr. Same lying supine position then raise your leg according your comfortable ness one by one. Spine extension exercise stretching exercise. Avoid heavy weight, toward bending, long sitting and standing.

I have a accident 15 years ago .My right leg thigh bone is broken .Form that onwards my right leg is shorter then other min 2 inch and leg also not folded completely. One of the main causes of foot pain is wearing shoes that do not fit properly. You can also develop foot pain if you are injured during high-impact exercise or sport activities, such as jogging or intense aerobics. There are a few general tips that can help relieve your discomfort. These include: 1.applying ice to the affected area 2.taking a pain reliever medicine 3.using foot pads to prevent rubbing on the affected area 3.keeping the foot that is causing you pain elevated 4.resting your foot as much as possible You can take many measures to help prevent ongoing foot pain. For example: 1.choose comfortable, roomy, and well-cushioned shoes 2.avoid shoes with large heels and narrow toe areas 3.maintain a healthy weight 4.stretch before engaging in vigorous exercise 5.practice good foot hygiene 6.always wear some type of footwear when outdoors to protect your feet. Also follow Dr Sonia Sharma's advice on exercises that she has given. Best wishes
