Hi lybrate-user ulcers on the tongue and gingiva could be indicative of viral infection in the mouth. I suggest you see a dentist, an oral surgeon, or an oral medicine specialist for evaluation. In the meantime, you can use any anaesthetic mouth ulcer gel, particularly just before meals, for symptomatic relief.

I am having Hairline crack on my left front tooth? It started feeling sensitive so I have had a look at it -in the mirror. I saw this hairline crack going vertical on my tooth! i'm freaking out now! it's not visible unless I shine a flashlight onto my tooth. Why do I have this? I've never had any physical trauma on my teeth that I can remember. I cant afford to see a dentist for a while - is it anything to worry about?

Kindly get yourself checked by dentist as you might have swelling over your third or cavity on your teeth. The dentist would accordingly give you medications/treatment for the same. As per situation in your mouth.
