your wife may having hyperacidity which is common in stomach pain she should have regular drinking of milk at regular intervals milknisca good antacid..sometimes due to infestation of intestinal parasites like hook warms, round warms, tape warms normally one should get dewarming done at least once a year if not six monthly it is a single dose medication like albendazole or mebendazole so get it done in consultation with a doctor near your locality. shecsould have plenty of water by mouth. it will improve.

1. Excessive masturbation of 4 or more times in a day, daily is physiologically almost impossible. After repeated masturbation acts our testosterone level get burnt out. Dear........ Now seasons of viral infections- cough and cold,fever. pl. Go for Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1,blood c/s. X-ray chest. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , You can also take tab. Tamiflu from govt. Hospitals. Or take tab. Paracetamol 650 mg twice a day after meal. use syp. zeet expectorant 10 ml thrice a day.

Perhaps you are in depression/stress go for a outing with your wife/go for a movie if there is any issue that can be sorted out after a talk - have discussion and sort it out. Take good sleep/balance diet also take five phos 4 tabs twice daily.

Causes of lack of sleep: • stress • Anxiety • Depression • Pain • irregular schedule of sleep such as sleeping during day time & working during nights. • Excess intake of alcohol, caffeine (tea, coffee) • Due to drugs, Due to high blood pressure • Aging These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.

I am experiencing some behavioural problems. I've started talking to myself a lot these days. Though this is my habit for the past few years but has considerably increased these days. I've started started to keep everything up to me only. My social life is almost zero . Now I don't like meeting people even my frnds. It's like I've become over shy and over introvert. I've even tried to hurt myself a few times. The main problem is that I act scenarios which are far away from reality when I am alone. I get completely involved in it till the time the scenario exists. My sleep is almost normal. I sleep like I am unconscious at that time. I feel very low self confidence. Do I have a mental disorder?

Hi your neck pain is mostly due to improper posture while studying. Sit on a table and study don't strain your neck. While sleeping don't keep pillow. Do neck strengthening exercises. All the best.
