You can lose your weight by following a good diet plan & excercise or a healthy diet with right ratio of calories, protein & carb. You have to avoid such type of unhealthy food like fried, oily foods, fast & junk food, sugary products & sugary drinks. You shd take a healthy breakfast. If you want to lose your weight please don't skip it because it will help you to boost your metabolism, includes salad with lunch & dinner.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Hello , Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. 3. Vaginal infection is common occurence in newly married couples. Here the male might be harboring the infection, but his immunity prevents it from being troublesome. But after marriage or sex, these infections are transmitted to the lady and she may show signs of it like itching, burning, soreness, and burning while passing urine and white discharge. Only a thorough examination of both of you can help find the cause and proper medicines may be given. So meet a gynecologist and get examined. To increase weight you need to practice it properly and patiently. Start your day with 5-6 soaked almonds + 1 walnut +3-4 raisins. Then in breakfast you can have 2-3 boiled eggs + toast and banana shake or paneer parantha + curd then in mid morning you can have a glass of butter milk + kala chana chaat then in lunch have 2-3 chapati + veg + salad or dal + rice + salad+ curd after half an hour have a cup of green tea then in evening have mango shake + murmura chaat then in dinner have 2-3 chapati + veg + salad. Hi lybrate-user Jaundice Symptoms Tiredness and lack of physical strength are seen in the patient suffering from jaundice. Constipation, headaches, light pain in the stomach, eyes color turns yellow in the jaundice patient, stool color is light brown, gray, or green. Skin color changes to haridra (yellow), color of urine changes to yellow, jwar (sickness), tendency of vomiting, kandu (itching), and fever are some of the symptoms that indicate jaundice. Jaundice Symptoms Tiredness and lack of physical strength are seen in the patient suffering from jaundice. Constipation, headaches, light pain in the stomach, eyes color turns yellow in the jaundice patient, stool color is light brown, gray, or green. Skin color changes to haridra (yellow), color of urine changes to yellow, jwar (sickness), tendency of vomiting, kandu (itching), and fever are some of the symptoms that indicate jaundice. Go To Top Jaundice Diet Barley water, fruit juices are effective in jaundice treatment. Do not give fatty foods and also avoid foods which agitate stomach of the jaundice patient, do not give cereals and pulses as they cause inflammation in the liver. In case of fever give the patient a fruit diet and fresh fruit juices to drink and let the jaundice patient to take good rest. Grapes, black soya beans, nuts, sweet potatoes are effective fruits for jaundice patients. Take care of the jaundice patient and take necessary precautions. Barley water is light and easily digested so you can also give this to the patient. This is very effective in curing jaundice. Eat this regularly for one-two week. This is one of the best home remedies for jaundice. Take this every day for at least two-three weeks. It is an effective treatment for jaundice Amla is very helpful in curing jaundice as it is rich in Vitamin C which is highly needed to the jaundice patients. Regularly drink lemon juice as it cures jaundice naturally. Snake gourd (chachinga) --Take 7-10 leaves (dry) of snake gourd and boil in a cup of water. Keep the solution aside, next boil 10-15 coriander seeds in half liter water. Give the mixture of snake gourd along with coriander solution three times a day. One of the useful home remedies for jaundice. Give orange juice to the patient as it keeps the bowel movement normal. Drink one glass of sugarcane juice 2-3 times a day. Sugarcane juice is very effective in curing jaundice and it also tastes good. Make a juice in a fresh and neat container to keep the patient away from disease-causing unwanted substances and dirt. This is one of the important home remedies for jaundice. Juice extracted from ghiya (bitter luffa) -- Another effective vegetable for the treatment of jaundice is bitter luffa. Though this is not much recommended, as it may cause sleepiness, high temperature, headache, etc. The juice extracted from bitter luffa is an effective medicine. Take fresh luffa and squeeze out juice using clean cotton cloth and preserve this juice. Put 3-4 drops of luffa extract on the hand palm of the patient. Let him inhale it. The juice once reach to the nostrils loosen the thick yellow fluid and allow it to discharge through nose. Take leaves of mooli (radish) and make its juice. Everyday drink half glass of this juice which is natural and safe. It keeps the bowel movement normal and helps in curing jaundice. This is one of the useful home remedies for jaundice. You can also give tomato juice to the patient as it helps in curing jaundice. Warm water containing turmeric is effective home remedy for jaundice-- Take one glass of warm water and mix a pinch of turmeric in it, stir well and drink this safe drink 3-4 times in a day (turmeric is a very helpful in treating various diseases like throat pain, cold, jaundice). This is one of the best home remedies for jaundice. Chamomile, turmeric, dandelion, and barley are effective herbs for curing liver disorder, hepatitis, arthritis, and gall bladder disorders. Dos and do not’s Avoid fried and very spicy food stuffs as they cause inflammation and adversely affect the jaundice disease. Eat raw vegetables salads of tomato, carrot, radish and its leaves, and two-three slices of lemon. Vegetable salad is very good for health and very effective in curing jaundice in a natural way. Eat almonds and nuts. Jaundice patient are advised to take proper rest and drink fruit juices.

Dear , for better advice you got to give me more details of your complaints. Bladder outlet obstruction is caused by enlarged prostate gland which is usually due to age. Give me urine report and sonography reports with full bladder volume, bladder wall thickness and post void residual urine. Do you have some delay in starting urination? how many times do you pass urine in a day and also at night? is the flow weak? do you feel that you are emptying bladder or do you feel some urine is left behind? please post the results with pictures and the answers of the questions.

In order to reduce your weight, it is necessary for diet modifications and lifestyle changes. Your diet should be high in fiber, which includes complex carbohydrate foods and low in fat. Include more of raw fruits and vegetables in the diet; avoid saturated fats and oily fried food stuffs. Keep yourself much hydrated; take at least 3-4 liters of water every day. If you are a rice eater, then restrict on rice to one meal day a day. Have whole grams, green leafy vegetables at least twice a week. Never skip your breakfast, because it kick starts your metabolism. For the day. To start the day, eat a healthy breakfast with all essential nutrients. Try to avoid oily fried foods like vada, poori etc and also chutney made out of coconut or groundnut, instead choose sambar or onion / tomato / mint / Coriander chutney. You can have idli or dosa or Chapati with chutney made from onion or tomato or coriander without coconut or you can have it with sambar or any vegetable preparation. Take green tea without sugar as a mid-morning snack along with some hi-fiber or any wheat biscuits. Green tea helps in fat preventing fat deposits in the body and also aids in weight loss. For lunch, restrict on rice, take three Roti without oil, with vegetables and dhal along with a glass of Skimmed Buttermilk. Include salads on a regular basis to increase the fiber content in the diet and avoid sweets, pappad, pickles which are high in calories. During evening, have a very light snack like boiled corn or any fruit or a katori of sprouts or two slices of wheat bread sandwich or boiled Rajma or Channa with salt. Have an early dinner before 8 pm, avoid rice and any preparations made from rice during this time, have either roti made with wheat flour or jowar flour without oil, or any preparation made out of ragi or Broken wheat along with vegetables and dhal, include salads also. Bedtime - a fruit or a glass of skimmed milk or buttermilk can be taken. Fruits like Banana, Seethaphal, Sapota, Avocado, Watermelon, Mango and all Root vegetables (except radish, turnip, carrot) are to be avoided in the diet. There should be a gap of 1.5 hrs- 2 hrs time intervals before you go to bed, after dinner. Keep yourself much hydrated; take at least 3-4 liters of water every day. Along with diet modifications, a minimum 45 minutes brisk walk for 6 days in a week is recommended. Include 'Warm-up' and 'cool-down ‘periods, before and after the exercise regimen. Forty-five minutes per day of moderate intensity physical activity provide many health benefits. Hope I answered your query. Regards.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day. Visit a dietitian for personalize plan.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. Why do my lower body increases when my thyroid raise I have done thyroid and I lost, 34 kgs it happens with me after loosing weight I am very much depressed as my lower body increases and my thyroid raises every 3 months even on regular dose of tablet I take 75 mg and do regular exercise also my tsh is always 7.5 or something around that I am taking thyrox 75 mg.

Lybrate-user, if hypothyroidism is not well controlled then weight reduction is difficult. To achieve very good control tsh levels should come around 3 to 4 milli units /l. With 7.5 milli units/l weight reduction is not possible, because it shows that hypothyroidism is not in control. Once you achieve that then efforts to reduce weight will be successful. Plus you will have to take a restricted diet giving exact calories based on ideal body weight, plus regular exercise of over 1 hour a day. Thanks for the question.
