She could apply hexigel on her gums but its more important for her to see and dentist and diagnose the problem. Hexigel applied massaged on gum three times a day.

Once your fever gets ok and you stop taking medicines it will be ok. Its just a temporary situation due to fever.

This could be due to many reasons improper rct improper crown improper contacts you should get it checked by a dental surgeon.
