Consumption of Lemon Honey daily will increase sugar level? I am 75 years old and was taking diabetic tablet. Now since my sugar level was low my doctor advised me to stop the tablet and I am not taking sugar tablet for the past 3 months and my sugar level PP is between 140 and 160. As you had been diabetic earlier you will have a tendency for increased sugar level if you start taking any sweets including honey you can do one thing take it for a few days and then check your sugar level if it has increased then stop using honey immediately.

My hairfall and dandruff problems remain same.
Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs. Avoid using comb in wet hairs.

Yes. You can go for refractive surgeries. But you will hav to go thru battery of investgations beforehand. Will check the parameters like corneal thickness. Stability of refraction.

Hi. The symptoms which you are describing may be because of improper handle position of your bike. Try to check that. And pain is more now. Try hot water formentation and few physio sessions. Good luck.

My son is 4 months old. He is taking formula milk from day one. He has a habit of vomiting whenever he takes milk. Offlate the vomiting has increased and on some days he literally vomits everything which he takes in. His weight acc to Doc is okay. He sometimes feels relieved after he vomits. he vomits both milk and curd. Pls advice.

Vomiting in babies is commonly due to gastric reflux (GERD). You need to consult your doctor and watch for his weight, gr8een or yellow (bile stained) vomiting and respiratory infections ie cough. The reflux usually subsides as babies start assuming erect posture and diet changes to a more solid form.

HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily. Apply Brahmi Amla Hair Oil to the scalp at night everyday which helps to arrest hair fall.

Hello, The delay is due to stress induced hormonal imbalances and not due to pregnancy in your case, just wait for another week for menses to start and if still not, then you can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.

Dreaming about sexual intercourse and nocturnal emission are very common in adolescents and young adults. Body produces semen whenever it is sexually excited or aroused. The semen thus produced is stored inside the body. Remember, the semen is a waste product.

The body needs to throw the stored semen out. If the person do not indulge in sexual intercourse or masturbation, body finds its own way to throw the semen out. The methodology the body usually adopts are nocturnal ejaculation (night fall) or droplets through urine. Therefore the nocturnal emission is quite natural and therefore is not harmful for body and mind.
