Form yesterday night after had my dinner my stomach was upset and I had dysentery for 4 or five times and still now it is continuing. My stomach is burning like anything. I took butter milk after that it's burning.

U don't take any hot food or drinks. You take chilled milk with small quantity sugar. After that you don't take any food and drinks. Water also not allow. It take 3 times. After breakfast, after lunch, and after dinner.

I am losing hair quickly and have tried all shampoo but no any effect please give any effective information.
I hope this message finds you in good health. To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain pH balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin C like amla and oranges.

Hyperacidity is due to several reasons may be come to know with detailed conversation commonly avoid spicy fatty fried food overeating and late night eating there are very good medicine to control it available on doctors prescription have good consultation.

Hello, 1. You can apply volini gel 1% local application twice a day for 3-5 days 2. Hot fomentation twice a day for 3 days I am giving to some common reasons for leg pain 1. Generalized weakness 2. Anaemia 3. Physical exertion and any trauma 4. Lack of protein in diet 5. Any infection present on leg or foot 6. Muscle weakness 7 . Abrupt start/ stop of physical exercise 8. Vit d and calcium deficiency kindly consult physician for further management.

Approximately 60% of the human body consists of water. It is one of the most important components that help in the process of digestion, blood circulation, mineral absorption and even excretion, ensuring smooth functioning of your system. A mere drop in the water content of your body can lead to dehydration, which can affect your body in more than one ways. Dehydration can also take a toll on your skin leaving it dry and life less. In order to ensure the health of your skin, it is highly recommended to keep your system hydrated.

How drinking water affects the skin?

  1. Keeps skin soft:  Skin is made up of 3 layers namely, epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue. When the water content of the outermost layer of the epidermis is insufficient, your skin tends to lose elasticity and feel rough.  Intake of adequate water hydrates the skin cells and makes them function properly, making your skin soft and supple.
