Hi Lybrate User use Veliya Rasnadi kashyam 15 ml two times a day before taking meal. Use Dashmool kashyam 20 ml two times a day. Do light massage by applying sachardi oil and than hot water fomentation. Avoid spicy fried salty acidic foods. Tc Thanks Regards.

Recently I have got Viral Fever with joints pains took medication by doctor but after 1 and half month till my joint pains are not gone, now its very severe in Ankles and wrist joints finger bends and knees too. Now my RA factor is negative and ESR under control but still. My age is 52 now on doctor advice using Rumalaya Fort and Dolonext DT morning and evening using but on eating tomato, lemon, tamarind and oily food my pains are very severe and even in cold too. What has to be done to avoid or any further lab test to find the cause.
It might be due to ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is Rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help Knee cap will also help to prevent the damaged cartilages.

Leg Pain If you have leg pain then you have to rule out the casues for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain. Pain in the left side of the leg/thigh The compression of the sciatic nerve should be around the right side that's the reason you have pain in the left side. That's the reason you cannot sit or stand and it is exactly around the L5 vertebrae where the sciatic nerve passes by.

Hello lybrate-user both leg heel pain most commonly due to plantar fasciitis you need to start physiotherapy for same and anti-inflammatory medication even if no relief injection will be helpful but with strengthening and stretching plantar fascia exercises most of patient respond well consult doctor for same.
