hello im Rehan khan im 26 yera old and my hight 5'6 inch I have a problem tummy belly fat how can reduce belly fat tell me my nutrition perfect daily diet ok.
My stomach is slowly coming outside. I am getting fat slowly day by day .and I get gas in my stomach. Please suggest me.
I have weight loss problem kindly help me in this regard I don't have any other conditions. But my weight is too much m nt able to do anything. Like m feeling lazy very much.
