Check with your protein intake .if you are taking less calorie from protein it will reduce muscle weight. Try having good sources of protein like sprouts peanut eggs pulses soybean curd milk cheese.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

Dear lybrate-user to over come tiredness and gain weight you need to follow a healthy diet plan. Include good amount of proteins and carbs in your diet like you can take 1 glass of milk + musseli / paneer stuffed parantha with vegetable, Include shakes (mango, banana) twice a day, Include black channa, sprouted moong daal, do not skip any of your meals and try to have frequent meals. When ever you feel low you can take 7-8 almonds and walnuts. Though it is a time consuming process you have to be little patient and believe in yourself. Team Nutrihealth.

Hello, take anacardium 30, 5 drops once daily for 10 days. Bacopa monnn. Q, 10 drops with water twice daily. Do meditation for half an hour in the morning daily. Revert me after 10 days.

Hello lybrate-user, Though your question is not very clear, I am getting a picture that you are working out without a trainer around, and hence this body changes. When you start working our with a trainer they will usually assess your body type and then start your session initially with warm ups and then with weights and other equipment's. Hence I suggest you start you gym sessions with a gym instructor and see the changes yourself.

1. For increasing weight. First we have to work on your digestive system. It will do aam pachan and will increase your digestive power and appetite. 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day. 4. Eat healthy n light food. 5. Drink plenty of fluids. 6. Avoid constipation. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening. 8. Follow up after a week, will start medication which can increase your weight without any side effect.

The reason of not gaining weight are * improper diet * indigestion (disease of stomach, loose motions) * thyroid disorder * diabetes *addiction (smoking or alcoholism) dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. Hello lybrate-user if you're starting again after a long time, then I would advice you to start in a gradual manner. Don't give your 100 percent on the first day as it can cause pain in your leg muscles or doms effect (delayed onset muscle soreness). Aim for 1-2 kms during the first week at a slow pace. Now gradually increase both the distance and the speed. Best of luck!

I have thyroid from last 3 years by reports and my doctor prescribed thyronorm 50 msg 1 pil daily. That time my weight was 64 kg and now 84 kg. I feel little laziness and tired kind feeling don't have other issues. As per routine check up last week I went to my doctor he checked my Blood pressure that was 106/70. Then Doctor prescribed me medicine as below Thyronorm 50 msg 1 pil daily (100) Lupineme (lupin) 1 tab daily (100) Nano d3 syrup 1 after 20 days Aldactone 25 mg, 1 pil alternate days FDSON 12 1 pil daily alternate days In this treatment is there need of above medicine please help me. Hi when one is on treatment for hypothyroidism, to achieve good control tsh levels should be around 3 to 4 milli units /l. If that is achieved then most symptoms are in control and weight reduction is also possible. As regards the other tablets particularly lpuineme, fdson they are really not essential, given as vitamin supplement. D3 is some times needed. But most important for you is to achieve strict control of hypothyroidism. Thanks.

Its just behavioural. Stop giving him bottle milk and don't even let him see a bottle. Gradually he will start eating.
