Tooth pastes dont change color of your teeth. You can get a shade lighter by bleaching it from dentist.

Get ur teeth cleaned by dentist every 6 mths.Curd tamarind tomato gud for gum health.But bad breath can also b due to indigestion causing acidity burps etc

Every root canal treated tooth must go through cap or the tooth later fractures and can not b then saved
