The term Precocious Puberty is used for defining the period where the child’s body begins a transformation stage and gradually shifts to the teenage period. In girls, this would mean sudden gain of weight, growth of hair in armpits and pubic regions, breast development, etc. In boys, similar symptoms appear in terms of hair growth, especially in the chin area and change in sexual functions.
