Unfortunately, there are no available treatments for Porencephaly but there are remedies available for dealing with the different problems as they emerge. Some of these include medications for seizures, physiotherapy and even speech therapy. Drug therapy here includes anti-epileptic drugs along with Valproate and similar doses.
