Firstly get the diagnosis confirmed that it's dandruff not other disease like psoriasis or tinea capitis. You should better go for consultancy.

Use sunscreen half an hour before venturing out in sun. Try protein drinks and multivitamins and multimineral supplements. Avoid RO water.

Eat healthy foods with lots of fruits and raw vegetables. Try avioding direct sunlight. Wear cap while going outside. It will help but slowly so have patience.

Telogen effluvium won't last for 1 and half year. And mdt for leprosy doesn't cause hair loss unless you were given steroids for reaction in leprosy. Mostly it will be a ...read full answer
