Hi. You can apply candid vaginal cream for allery, itching and boils near vagina or in to vagina. Clean vagina daily during bathing. And checkup ph level of vagina. Ph level should be 5.5 it is good for vagina health.

Mam, In my right breast, it seems lumps, it remains there for more than 5 yrs, it doesn't pains me. Suggest if mammography is required.

Hi, by your history it sounds like fibrocystic changes, which is normal developmental changes. But get it examined by a surgeon to be sure. There is no immediate need of mammography. It can be decided after proper examination. If need be prefer ultrasound over mammography, if age less than 35 years and reverse for age more than 35 years. Regards sahil.

Hello, you are required to start taking the tablet at least three days before your period is due and to continue taking it for the duration that you would like to delay your period. Take tablet it is recommended that norethisterone 5 mg tablets should be taken to delay your period for a maximum of 17 days. It is perfectly safe to delay your period for this amount of time. After you stop taking the tablets, your period is likely to start after two or three days, however the time scale may be different for every individual. This dose of norethisterone is not recommended for prolonged use, as it can cause side-effects and affect your hormone balance.

At 8m pregnancy, renal pelvic dilatation of this magnitude is not a matter of concern, in most of the cases resolves at birth, just get a scan of baby after 6 wks of birth. No need of any medicine or serial antenatal scans to follow this.

Haemoglobin level up to 10.5 is considered normal during pregnancy. Avoid taking unnecessary tonics / Haematinic capsule/ tablets etc. they disturb normal digestion instead take green leafy vegetables, pomegranate, apples you can take a Homoeopathic medicine Alfalfa Q 10 drops twice daily with some water for weakness & tiredness

U r most probably suffering from pcod, which can be diagnosed with ultrasound and hormonal tests like fsh and lh, tsh and prolactin. Mainstay of your treatment would be weight control which is achieved by diet and exercise. 3 months course of medicine will bring your menses back to normal.

After having intercourse, try lying down with pillow under the buttocks for about half hour; this increases the contact time of semen with the cervix. However there is no particular method or position for getting pregnant, the most important factor being the time of intercourse which should match the egg release.

Sometimes periods got disturbed after taking I pill. Chances of pregnancy are nil. Still you can go for USG to confirm it and make you assured.

Hello, You should repeat the urine pregnancy test with another kit or you should get a serum beta hcg test done to get conclusive result. If hcg levels are less than 3mIU then you are not pregnant.

You can reduce weight after caesarean section to:- make time for your meals, especially breakfast. Skipping meals can lower your energy levels and won't help you lose weight. Eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetables in a day. Include plenty of fibre-rich foods such as vegetables, oats, lentils and grains in your diet. Go easy on the special high-calorie foods given to women after birth, such as panjiri, ghee-laden dishes and fried dry fruits. Enjoy these tasty treats by balancing them with your meals. If you're eating a low-calorie meal such as khichdi, then you can have a high-calorie til ka ladoo at the end for example. But if you're eating aloo puri for lunch, you may want to save the panjiri for when you have a lower calorie meal. Watch your portions at mealtimes. Small meals eaten often can help prevent overeating. Drink plenty of low-calorie fluids like water, nimbu pani, coconut water, and fresh fruit juices. Lots of calories can be hidden in packaged juices, full cream milk and soft drinks. Breastfeed your baby. Experts say that exclusive breastfeeding makes it easier to regain your pre-pregnancy shape. Keep an eye on the number and type of snacks you have between meals. Opt for healthy and filling snacks like salads, fruit platters or a glass of toned milk.

Last month I got periods again after 14 days counting day one as first day. And this time it was for 10 days. 3/4 days Before commencement I used to get pinching pain only I the tip of my breasts. It went away after the period started those ended on 6th march. Again I M getting pain in the tips. Some times its really bad, I have to hold them, rub gently, press lightly for few mins. It's more on one side. FYI I am going through a lot of stress. Stress beyond my capabilities. Nowadays. Financial crises, no mediclaim. Is it due to that.. Or is this Menopause. Please help. Pleaaassseee.

Irregualr menses durin 43 years age is common because of perimenopause. During this phase hormones are on decline and along with stress menses can come like this. Brest pain is also suggestive of hormonal disturbance. As it is happening more than once you should get ultrasound done and pap test to find out the exact cause and accordingly it can be treated.

Hello lybrate user, - during menstrual cycle pain do happens because of uterine contraction and pain radiates to back, thighs etc. - better to adopt measures of ayurveda to come out this permanently. - take pinch of asafetida (hingu) with jaggery daily twice before food - have always warm water after dinner - better to start over some asanas ment for it - and if you follow few medications * take hingwashtaka churna 1spoon with warm water twice a day before food * sukumara kashaya 15ml with warm water twice a day after food - for 15 days you will be better after this. Unwanted 72 if taken within 72 hrs of the sexual activity then chances of pregnancy to continue are 5% but if periods are missed then you should get urine pregnancy test done bleeding can be because of some changes in the hormones in the body.
