The blood vessels around the anus and in the rectum will stretch under pressure and may swell or bulge. Inflamed veins (hemorrhoids) can develop when pressure increases in the lower rectum. This may be due to: Chronic constipation. Chronic diarrhea. Lifting heavy weights. Pregnancy. Straining when passing a stool. Diet - piles can be caused by too much straining when doing bowel movements, which is the result of constipation. A change in diet can help keep the stools regular and soft. This involves eating more fiber, such as fruit and vegetables, or switching your cereal breakfast to bran. Vitamin e has many roles in the body. But optimal dose should not exceed 400 mg in a day. And you are rightly taking in the night. Do not increase its dose.

Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Hye, try to exercise at a time that is convenient for you. Avoid exercise on empty stomach, stay hydrated throughout. Keep an electrolytic drink like lime juice to sip on during workout. Avoid working out in excessive sunlight especially in the afternoons. Also weight loss is not dependent on time of the day. Your daily intake and output determines that.

You have masturbation problem. I advise you to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning. Take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take lots of water and fluids. For better treatment, consult privately.

Transformation has taken place from advanced technology to a totally new standard of living to every one’s priorities.

Earlier kids used to play outdoor games; today they play games on electronic devices. Due to which they miss the best way of exercising, face health problems like headache, hearing aid, slow mental growth etc. and the worst part is that they aren’t privileged enough to experience such fun.

Also, nowadays serials and cartoons that are shown on television are not only violent but also vulgar.

Not everything can be suitable for all the age groups. Watching adult stuff might divert the mind of children in an unexpected direction. They might probably act bossy which might be harmful for people around them.

Now, these electronic gadgets emit rays which could be dangerous for every person out there.
This transformation has actually done the worst thing possible. That is, it has completely taken us away from nature. It has actually ruined the peace of mind a person should actually have.

Why are our grandparents and parents still so fit to do almost everything and why does our generation have a comparatively lazy or laid back attitude?

Isn’t it because of this big time revolution!

Be it the concrete buildings, or the roads, for which so many rocks are being destroyed all of it has simply spoiled what we actually deserve to have.

Symptoms of chicken pox 1. Fever, headache, sore throat 2. Multiple red, itchy skin rashes over scalp, face, abdomen, back and extremities appearing in crops and forming blisters and subsequent crust in measles there are only macular rashes which are flat and not raised like chicken pox.

Hi, the best advise for you would be that you take him to a psychologist - where he can be treated for this phobia by using behavioral technique called systematic desensitization. Here is a brief summary of the steps you will go through in desensitizing yourself: step 1. Anxiety hierarchy. First, you will construct an anxiety hierarchy, which is a list of those situations involved in and leading up to your target situation ranked in order from the lease disturbing to the most disturbing. Step 2. Relaxation training. Then you will train yourself in deep muscle relaxation. Step 3. Desensitization sessions. You will then go through a series of desensitization sessions. At the beginning of a session, using what you've learned from your deep muscle relaxation training (to be explained), you will relax. You will then imagine a scene representing the weakest item on your hierarchy while maintaining your relaxed state. A given step on your anxiety hierarchy must be repeatedly imagined until you no longer exhibit anxiety at the presentation of it. You will then imagine the next higher anxiety-producing step, and so on. Thus, the anxiety cues are gradually decreased until you can present the most frightening step without feeling any anxiety whatsoever.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!
