Hi, get your thyroid checkup once. Some people are prone to sweating even with normal thyroid function. So do not worry.

Hi, take macfast (paracetamol) maximum - 3-4 times / day. Works both for fever & headache. Get evaluated for cause of fever if does not resolve within next two days.
