Testicular cancer occurs in the testicles (testes), which are located inside the scrotum, a loose bag of skin underneath the penis. The testicles produce male sex hormones and sperm for reproduction.Signs and symptoms of testicular cancer include:
A lump or enlargement in either testicle
A feeling of heaviness in the scrotum
A dull ache in the abdomen or groin
A sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum
Pain or discomfort in a testicle or the scrotum

HOW IS TESTICULAR CANCER DIAGNOSED?
Diagnosis is done by an oncologist would do a scan and then biopsy to determine the maliciousness of the disease.
HOW IS TESTICULAR CANCER TREATED?
Treatment includes surgical removal of either one or both of the testicles depending on how far it has spread. Post this, the patient would also be given therapy like radiation and chemotherapy to help control and prevent release of the disease.
