The best way to treat sneezing is to keep away the triggers that cause the reaction. If you are found allergic to pollen or dirt, keeping your house and your surroundings clean and pollen-free can be effective. Over-the-counter and prescription medications called antihistamines are also available to relieve your symptoms.
