Myxoid Liposarcoma is one of the most commonly diagnosed soft tissue sarcoma. It is a malignant tumour that is characterized by round to oval shaped mesenchymal cells and a rich network of capillaries in a myxoid stroma. Myxoid tumors may spread to the tissue that covers the heart and lungs. Symptoms are:
