Flowing Nose or runny nose or rhinorrhoea is a condition in which nasal and adjacent tissues and blood vessels produce excessive drainage. Flowing nose may cause drainage to flow down the back of the throat sometimes. Symptoms are:
• Mucus fluid running down the nose and throat
• Itching sensation
• Nasal congestion

Your general physician will diagnose the condition from your symptoms which are pretty obvious. Sometimes, the flowing nose may also cause severe headache and treating the nasal drip will help in reducing the headache as well.
HOW IS FLOWING NOSE TREATED?
Treatment for the flowing nose depends on the cause. In case of bacterial or viral infections, relevant antibiotics are prescribed. Antihistamines and decongestants can also help with the condition.
