Eye floaters are denied as tiny little spots, which are usually grey in colour that happen in the eyes. These are usually visible in sunlight but are not a deterrent to your vision or cause other physical problems. These are usually harmless squiggly lines and spots that show up in the eye area.

The main reason behind its formation is a kind of protein known as collagen which along with gel like vitreous collapses with age ultimately leaving no space to fill at the back of the eye and thus, floats in the vitreous gel. Various eye diseases, injury, tumors, etc can also be the causes.
HOW IS EYE FLOATERS TREATED?
If it leads to pain or vision loss, then the ophthalmologist will prescribe undergoing vitrectomy, a surgical way to remove and replace the floaters with saline solution.
