Knee injuries is defined as a set of different types of external damage caused to the knees. In case there is not much of internal damage than physiotherapy and ice packs are suggested. However intensive care could be needed in case of muscle tear along with knee injuries. Damage to the joints could be treated with surgery or using knee pads or support.
