It's due to difficiancy of calcium, vitamines, minirales add in your daily food, green vegitabales, salad, milk end milk products. Do arobic excersices, yoga, pranayam will help.

Pimple is a disease that affects the teenagers most and though not critical, it sure makes the social life of a teenager miserable due to its appearance. 1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

you can go for following remedy it will help you Natural home remedy using cardamom seeds: 1. Crush 3-4 cardamom seeds to powder 2. Take ½ tsp of this cardamom powder 3. Add to 1 glass of water 4. Mix well 5. Sieve the mixture 6. Drink 1 glass every day This remindy will be helpful.

Hi, in order to reduce your weight start with some basic things like drink plenty of water, lemon juice and green tea. Reduce salt and sugar intake in your diet. Avoid oily and fatty foods, junk food and alcohol. Start with exercises like yoga, brisk walking, running, swimming etc. In case you need diet chart revert back.

Breakfast should be the heaviest.. as early like 7 am. The dinner should contain more nutritious food, like salads, sprouts etc.. And Dinner at or around 7-8 pm.. Don't lie down immediately after meals, Have a walk of 15 minutes after every meals.. Don't over eat... etc...

Seeing your age height and weight. It seems that its all because of menstrual irregularity. And in this age its better not to go for allopathic or hormonal mode of treatment. My suggestion will be that you go for exercises and if that also does not work then consult a good homoeopath for it. If you wish you can have it from me too. But dont take any hormonal treatment.

I had proximal tibia with oedema and periosteal in my right knee 7 years ago. Now im a athlete, regularly I do exercises and workouts. But now frm past 10 days my right knee is paining while I walk .symptoms feels same like before. Is this a same which repeated again or i am just worrying about it more? I can continue with my exercise and workout right?

That might be due to knee pain or it might be due to ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes. Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness might have developed due to weakness of the ligaments & inflammed cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Pain in the right leg If you have leg pain pls check your body weight and your haemoglobin levels, as Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for back pain. Hi lybrate-user, Increasing weight requires careful diet planning and life style changes. Add more proteins, egg white, fish and rice in the diet. Sleep well for 7-8 hours a day. Optimize the physical exercises. Improve water and fruits, salads intake. Ayurveda offers a special therapy called Navara kizhi - Consult a Ayurveda physician and take it for 48 days, it certainly improves muscle tone and structure.
