Hello, Good nutrition is needed to speed healing and give you needed energy. Eat foods high in protein, vitamin C, and iron. Foods high in protein are meats, fish, chicken, eggs, dairy foods, nuts, dried beans, and peas. Foods high in vitamin C are oranges, grapefruits, strawberries, melons, and papayas. Foods high in iron are red meats, liver, dried beans, dried fruits, and iron enriched cereals. It is important to drink plenty of fluids. Drinking fluids helps prevent dehydration and constipation. Drink 8 to 10 eight glasses of fluids each day, including low-fat milk, fruit juices, and especially water. Include at least 2 glasses of low-fat milk or calcium fortified juice or eat low-fat yogurt to get enough calcium and to increase your milk supply. Also, make an effort to include foods rich in Vitamin A such as greens, cantaloupes, carrots, and sweet potatoes. It can be due to general weakness. Medication: I would advise you to take Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice a day daily for 1 month and revert back to me then.

Honey and jaggery are sugars and if you are in a fat loss program it is advisable not to have any sugary foods at it can cause fat gain. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Diabetes:
Have grape fruit juice three times a day or a tablespoon of amla juice mixed with a cup of karela juice or eat 10 fresh curry leaves. Don't eat too much of carrots, peas, beans, sweet potato, beet root, bananas, dry fruits, or mango raisins.
Insomnia:
Deat plenty of curd or drink a glass of water with 2 teaspoons of honey.
Jaundice:
Mesh a ripe banana, along with one tablespoon of honey, and eat it twice a day, oor take 1/2 teaspoon of ginger juice with one teaspoon of fresh lime and mint. The juice of bel fruit is also good for the lever.
Joint pains:
Squeeze half a lemon in one glass of hot water and drink it 8 to 10 times a day. Having lemon juice gives your body vitamin c, whichthat is valuable. Massage your joints with neem oil.
Blood pressure:
Swallow 2 flakes of garlic daily. High blood pressure can be cured by daily intake of 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder mixed with 1/4 cup of curd on an empty stomach.
High cholesterol and heart diseases:
Grind dried amlas to a fine powder. Mix an equal weight of sugar candy (mishri) and store in a glass bottle. Have one teaspoon every morning with a glass of water on an empty stomach.

Dear Gaushick, apart from your tablet to reduce knee pain you can do knee strengthening excercises by lying flat on bed and raising straight up and bending the leg gently. if pain is more you can apply diclofenac ointment with heat therapy as well. with the help of excercises your knee pain will reduce and gains strength.
