Both are different medications. They are both antidepressants but are two seperate combination drugs.

Mirtazapine 15 mg at bedtime will be better as it has no sexual side effects. For day time, tofisopam 100 mg may be used as it has no habit forming potential.

D Venizep is not safe for mothers who breastfeed babies. Please change it to Sertraline which is a safer option in lactation. Kindly consult Psychiatrist for details.
