A proper nutrition and balanced diet along with correct exercise and sound sleep is what will result in height gain. Of course, genetics also have a huge role to play in this. Hi, there are many treatment options for acne and acne scarring. A course of tablets and creams is needed for treating your problem depending upon the grade of your acne and your skin type, as different type of acne require different types of treatment.. A sebum regulating face wash and a non comedogenic sunscreen should be used. Avoid oily/ junk/ starchy food, drink plenty of water daily and also avoid hair oil application. Hope that helps. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don`t worry sabita . Thalassemia minor is not a fatal disease at all, only thing we needs to know is, that hemoglobin in such patients will remain a little low, somewhere around 10 mg/dL, so please consult a pediatric hemato-oncologist so get full counselling done regarding the disease . please dont go by what other people say. For any query whatever it is , consult your pediatric- hemato-oncologist.
