Hi, firstly start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

if swelling in your mother legs .go for right test i.e. LFT,KFT,CBC,BLOOD SUGAR(R),C-RP,LIPID PROFILE. TILL then you can use tab. lasilactone -25 mg once only.(stat.),syp. alksol 15 ml thrice a day. take plenty of water. after tests you can again consult.

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

I m 21 years old. Now way days I am becoming too lazy. I searched in google and took advice how to overcome from this laziness. Any medical treatment is thr for laziness. Usually I sleep at 12 and getup at 7.30 after coming college I will sleep at 1 pm and getup at 5.30. From 5.30 upto 12 I am not able to concentrate on studies instead of tht I simply roam and enjoy. Please advice to become active person.

Actually your mind is not focused on studies.You are not enjoying your studies and are just killing your time.This is the time when you must act all cylinders and make up your career and you are jusst spoiling this time.It shows that either you are not serious about your future or you have distracted from your goals.So once agaain think what you want in your life because you are lagging behind with each passing day.The time once lot will never come baack again.

Dear lybrate-user, try this method many people are success first and most sleep early wake up early at 4.0 am and study with fresh mind, of course subjects which you are not interested you must spend more time and repeat it many times" practice makes perfect" not only human including pets.. Switch off mobile phone when you go to bed and switch it on at 6 am. Example some people they don't like mathematics but it is essential for life everyday and every time we are depended on mathematics, right from doctor to business man, including vegetable seller, we can understand many other distraction disturbed minds it is like love issues. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. Hi, Food to be avoided are hot and spicy food, oil fried food and wheat and ragi preparations, pepper, green chillies. Avoid intake of coffee and tea. Food that are helpful are high fiber diet which includes raw vegetables like onion, radish, cucumber, carrot, beetroot, tomato,etc. and fruits like big banana, grapes, musambi, orange, jackfruit, chikoo, pineapple, watermelon,etc. Sprouted whole grains and oats are also helpful. Drink plenty of fluids like tender coconut, buttermilk, milk, water, fresh fruit juices,etc. Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food. - Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday. - Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - Include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion,beetroot, ladies finger,radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw , in your diet. - Add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bed time.

My sister s pregnant and now she s 7 months.Totally 3 scaning was taken.In the first two scanning doctor said tat there s a cyst measuring 88*54mm found in ovary.But in the third scanning doctor said tat no cyst found.Wil this be a problem during her delivery ?

You have not mentioned your BP readings. At this age our focus is to 1st bring BP reduction by lifestyle changes and if despite that BP remains high add medication along with lifestyle measures. Lifestyle measures include - 1) daily exercise for 40-45 mins 2) eating a healthy diet 3) avoiding high salty food like chips, namkeens, papads etc 4) Decreasing caffeine content in day 5) Stopping smoking and decreasing alcohol intake. If after 6 weeks of these your BP is still high then you may need medications.

1. Stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2. Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3. Eat healthy diet 4. Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5. Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6. Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7. Develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8. Don't have guilty consciousness since it is normal and a healthy way of relieving sexual tension if done in moderation (1-2 times/week) 9. Get adequate sleep (7-8 hours daily) 10. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and have balanced diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried/junk food. Try to have vegetarian food. Observe fasting for 1-2 days in a week 11.
