Hello no such medicine. But you can do mouth opening and closing exersise it will work. You can google the exersises. Avoid excessive opening of mouth.

Hello it doesn't mean that at all. No need to worry about. The chipping off is of calculus. Just get scaling done (cleaning) by visiting nearest dentist.

Hello that grey color is a metal. Ceramic has been chipped off. You can visit the same dentist. Except esthetics it doesn't have any side effect.
