You need antidepressants drugs tca drugs. The dose may be slowly increased till the result. This particular dose should be maintained for 2 yrs.

We need to decide how much target organs is damaged. If pt is asymptomatic and ecg is normal. Pt may be treated in home provided pt take drugs regularly.

High eosinophilic count means allergic phenomenon. It may be idiopathic and or reactive to some other substances. You need some more investigation.

It is due to migraine. You can use one of the antimigrain prophylactic. You may use beta blocker one or two hrs before coitus.
