Hi for yellow teeth you need to get a professional cleaning done. If that does not help then you may go for teeth whitening. Modern day dentistry allows you to fill small gaps between teeth by procedure called dental bonding. If you can send some pictures of your teeth then we are in better position to comment.

Hi. My question is whether a temporary filling is put in teeth after removing all the cavities or some cavity is left behind while doing temporary filling and that cavity is removed while doing a permanent filling.

In simple cavities which doesn't involve soft tissue part of tooth (pulp) all the carious part (dead and decayed part) is removed and permanent filling is done. Temporary filling is done when RCT is going on. Not in simple cavities.

Just a reminder, adult teeth are not milky white, they have a slight yellowish tinge. Your teeth might be becoming yellow due to stain deposition on the teeth surface, they are not removed by brushing. Go for professional cleaning of teeth which will remove stains and calculus present on the teeth. If you are not satisfied with the results, go for bleaching.

The type of treatment you have for toothache will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.
