Hello lybrate-user. When ever there is a trauma to baby teeth, you should consult a pedodontist. Because trauma might damage the permanent tooth bud.

Mouthwash is to be used only in case of halitosis (bad smell form mouth) or in case of gingivitis (swelling of gums) or wen a dentist prescribes. Thank you.
