Hi lybrate-user its gud to see that you r concerned abt your health see its alrght to have weak eyesight now a days as we are in fully technology surrounded environment of 21st century, nd there is no point to hide from your family as well you just need to consume a diet rich in vitamin a which may boost your eyesight or at least maintain it. Nd if you want you can consult some eye specialist for more guidance. Do some yoga for eyesight. Stay away from continues exposure to harmful radiation of laptop, mobile nd so on. Put your spectacle regularly. Hope this advise of mine work for u.just one more advice don't take too much stress and share your health issues to your family nd friends as you spoke on this stage. hi rohit,I really can understand ur health issue nd don't wrry too much abt it just u have to do some efforts for ur body nd mind,have proper food on tym I know home made food r the best option but we have to right food for our survival right so just eat when u r hungry u can also have home made ladoos or any homemade snack with u so as to grab the snack when u r hungry,and I had seen hostelites to not have milk nd milk products so have them too in ur diet,in hostels or campus there r gud option of outdoor games nd gym so do spend ur tym with ur friends as well.being physically active make u more energetic nd fresh.and also be hydrated.do study but don't forget to go out,eat right,have nuts.hope this advise of me helps u out.nd for any other nutritional advise or diet chart u can consult me anytym using private consultant option. take a gud care of urself dear.have a gud day. it was nice talking to u

hi afroz,dear u need to understand one thing that diabetes is a disease which can only b control but it cannot b cure completely, so even though u get a sugar level in range u have to continue insulin dose so as to maintain proper level of insulin in ur body only the difference will b in amount of doses.so dear don't wrry much abt it,just relax and take ur medicine in positive way that they r helping u from several different complications, so dear just trust ur doctor as well as try to always get ur sugar level in range.all the best dear.take care.hope my answer helps u out.nd for any other nutritional advise or diet chart u can consult me anytime using private consultant option. have a gud day.it was nice speaking with u

Hi lybrate-user, you r getting this pblm bcoz you r not eating any thing while doing work which means production of acid leads to stomach pain, so dear start having something healthy while doing work like some fruit, rotated channa, dry fruits or any healthy handy snacks. And try to take some small breaks in between your work like little walk, or stretching exercise, anything that helps to you to stay fit nd energetic. Its my advise to you don't go for any protein shake or medicine have home made foods, eat some amount of ghee or oil like in form of tadka, on chapati, as well as be physically active so as to get fit nd fine nd for better health nd this is the right tym to start focusing on your health so as to be free from disease in later ages. Hi lybrate-user, its gud to see you r concern abt your father, pls make him understand one thing overweight brings lots of health issues automatally so sir needs to focus on his health, nd for that he needs to follow some tips the most important thing he has to eat strictly home made food which is healthy nd little amount of oil not too much but remember oil is gud for health too so don't diminish it completely, small frequent meals every 2 hrs some healthy snacks, salad nd fruits shld b included in his diet, nd very imp physically active he has to b physically active for at least 45-60 min every day. Hi lybrate-user, I can really understand the situation you r going through don't wrry just relax. U just need to focus on some points to stay healthy nd fit without any stress. As you r working in front of computer just walk in between your work whenever you get tym, or if not then do some desk stretches or in the morning just do stretches or jogging for 10-20 minutes only, after that be hydrated always, then tym to tym keep your eye off to your computer screen so as to prevent them from damage, have some healthy snacks like salad, fruits, nuts etc along with you so as to refill your body every 2 hrs. Hello maam, its really gud to see parents like you who really luv their child nd put all the efforts for their nurturing. But ma'am I can tell you one thing that is at ages from 6-10 or 11 children stop growing or show their growth nd parents feel worried about them but you don't need to worry its a common phenomenon as body is preparing for the puberty age which leads to sudden increase in growth. So ma'am kindly focus on your child's diet prepare some healthy snacks for his so as to give her gud eating habits. I request you ma'am pls stop these supplements or medicine which you r giving to your child she doesn't need that he only needs a gud diet with a outdoor or physical activities so as to enjoy his childhood. Tofu vs Cottage Cheese - Which is Better?

Tofu is produced using soybean drain and appears to be like paneer. Though paneer can be effectively be made at home by souring milk, planning of tofu is not as basic. The complicated procedure of making tofu makes it rich in certain nutrients and protein and successfully helps in warding off illnesses like cancer. Here is how paneer and tofu are different:

  1. Protein content: Paneer is an astonishing source of protein for vegetarians. 100 grams of paneer contains 18 grams of protein, which makes it an astounding source of protein for vegans. It is also perfect for individuals on a weight loss diet or those who want to develop muscles. Tofu then again has just seven grams of protein as it is produced using soy drain.

  2. Fat substance: Although paneer is referred to be a weight reduction agent and it also keeps you full for quite a while, the fat per 100 grams of paneer is 20 grams, which rate higher than tofu as it just contains 2.5 grams of fat for each 100 grams. Tofu makes a great alternative for paneer for someone who is on a weight reduction spree, without compromising on the taste.

  3. Calories: Paneer is high on calories when compared with tofu. A 100 gram serving of paneer has 265 calories, while tofu just has 62 calories. This again shows its potential as a perfect weight reduction food.

  4. Calcium content: Tofu is additionally known to be a rich source of calcium. However, it neglects to beat paneer in this specific situation. A 100 gram serving of paneer has 200 grams of calcium, while tofu contains 130 milligrams of calcium, thereby making paneer more valuable to gain solid bones and teeth.

  5. Press content: Tofu is rich in iron, while paneer has less iron. Iron is basic to keep up the blood hemoglobin levels and tofu can be incorporated into the eating routine by somebody who experiences paleness.


 

Which is more beneficial?
With regards to the healthful data of both tofu and paneer, it appears that paneer can be substituted with tofu for somebody on a weight reduction routine. Maintaining distance from paneer totally would not be possible due to its other medical advantages like high protein and calcium content. Utilization of paneer with some restraint is better over totally disregarding it. Diabetics could change to tofu from paneer because of the starch content, although consulting a specialist before doing this is important. After comparing tofu and paneer, it is evident that those who do not look forward to losing weight and want to live a vegan life can go ahead and opt for tofu. However, paneer is a much healthier choice.

As you mentioned about your problem one thing I want to ask from you is that only green tea you have in your whole day from last one week or you had other stuffs also. If you had only green tea so as to reduce weight its simply a not gud idea of loosing weight by punishing yourself. So,my dear you must be knowing that your body suffered frm a lot in last 6 years. Now, its your duty to pamper your body with your love nd care. Love yourself, appreciate your body nd personality.
