Does anxiety cause pain in chest and my left arm sometime im 22 years old and one day I feel I couldn't breath then all body shaking heartbeat all over body like after some dys anxiety occur at night when I sleep a doom type feeling happened like roller coaster im my chest that causes me fear of dying ,sometime I feel heartbeat in left leg on thai area its almost 5 months im suffering from this ,im sleep good now but always feels anxious in left side of chest and left ,2 times I feel maximum anxious feel like im gone fall down on ground a force in my neck then behind head my leg gone shake etc so please tell me what to do.

Hi, sugar can be controlled by reducing intake. Change in diet increase absorption by tissues. Exercises/medicine changing metabolism. Medicine any sort of stress is known to cause increase blood sugar level.

I am taking antidepressants tablet because of depression and anxiety
morning d-vanizep 50 mg, serta 50 mg
etizola beta 0.25
night after dinner serta 50, etizola beta 0.5, and lopez md 2 mg
I have also sugar diabetics, taking medicine of it morning and night.
