Clean the wound with an antiseptic after washing it with water. Inform this to your family doctor or nearest health care center. Rabies can only be prevented by vaccines but can't be treated. So don't take it lightly. I think you should go for anti rabies vaccination to be sure you are not infected.

1.Keep a food diary. Chart what and when you eat every day for several weeks to learn about your eating habits and identify places to add calories. Online programs like MyFitnessPal and Fitday can make tracking easy-peasy. 2. Add it up. Try adding an extra 200+ calories a day in the beginning 4. Focus on quality, not quantity. Even when you?re trying to gain weight, burgers, chips, and milkshakes all day (?err day) isn?t great for a body. Instead, choose nutrient-dense foods from all food groups, Good options include whole grains like whole wheat pasta, fruits and vegetables, nuts, and lean protein. 5. Eat more frequently. And never skip meals! It?s easy to feel full fast when you start introducing more calories into each meal; changes in food intake might also bring on gastrointestinal issues and even acne. Make things easier on your belly by spreading calorie intake out over five to six smaller meals throughout the day. 6. Snack smart. Choose calorie-dense snacks like nuts, cheese, dried fruits, yogurt with granola, avocados, and pretzels or whole grain crackers with nut butters or hummus. If leaving the house for a while, pack snacks for calories-on-the-go. 7. Drink it down. Instead of diet soda and other low-cal drinks, choose filling, high-calorie beverages like smoothies, healthy shakes, or liquid meal replacements. Drink fluids in between meals to add calories and to avoid filling up on beverages during meals (which might make people eat less solid food). 8. Eat before bed. Consider this your permission slip for the midnight munchies. A lot of healing and regeneration happens while we sleep, so eating before bed can give your body the nutrients it needs to do the work. 9. Set attainable goals. And remember to be patient. Just like weight loss, weight gain is a process?and often a slow one, Cassetty says. Gaining might take years, so don?t give up hope if you don?t pack on immediate pounds. The rate at which a person needs to gain weight depends on their health goals and current health status, and a physician or nutritionist can help establish a reasonable goal weight. Signs of reaching an ideal weight include increased energy, stabilized hunger patterns, and overall good health. 10. Get support. It?s important to have a strong support system throughout the process of gaining weight, Cassetty says, both to help gainers achieve their goals and to cope with the emotional issues that might arise from bodily changes. 11. Dress well. Don?t put off feeling good about your appearance. Talk nicely to yourself and choose outfits that make you feel good

Çhest pain in young age is commonly due to costochondritis (inflammation of rib and sternal junction). This condition will respond to complete over the counter available analgesics like Ibuprofen. Since details of your symptoms are not given, it's difficult to diagnose. You should get ECG and Chest X Ray done along with blood pressure check to rule out heart attack and lung infection. Consult again for further queries.

Hello. What type food recommended for cough and asthmatic allergic problems? How can improve the sexual power to man ...
Following foods may help minimize your asthma symptoms:--------------------- 1. Coffee. Have a cup of java, but go for the caffeinated variety--- studies suggest that caffeine can help open bronchial tubes for up to 4 hours, which is good because they become constricted when you have asthma. ----------------------- 2. Oranges--a study found that people with asthma wheezed less when they ate vitamin c-rich fruits, such as oranges. Not only does vitamin c (ascorbic acid) have anti-inflammatory properties, it also may boost your overall health. -------------- 3. Nuts. The vitamin e in nuts may help open your airways and reduce inflammation. Research has found that vitamin e has antioxidant properties, which help combat cell-damaging molecules known as free radicals.------------------ 4. Carrots. Carrots as well as other red, orange, and yellow fruits and veggies, contains beta carotene, which may decrease the asthma symptoms exercise causes. Your body converts beta carotene to vitamin a, which is an essential nutrient. Beta carotene also has antioxidant properties that can help ward off cell damage----------------------------- 5. Onions. Onions are loaded with tiny crystals known as flavonoids, which help fight inflammation from asthma by strengthening your capillary walls. They also can protect the lining of your lungs and bronchial tubes from damage caused by pollution. In addition to onions, apples, blueberries, and prickly pears -- all of which provide tasty ways to add flavonoids to your asthma diet------------------------ 6. Tuna. You want tuna in your diet because it contains omega-3 fatty acids and selenium. Omega-3 fatty acids have been shown in some studies to reduce inflammation. Studies also show that people with asthma may lack selenium, and that adding more to their diets may help ward off asthma attacks------------------------------------- 7. Yogurt. Look specifically for yogurt that contains probiotics -- beneficial bacteria that has been shown to reduce inflammation. Non proven evidencesuggests that probiotics seem to reduce allergic reactions, and, for some people, asthma is triggered by allergies----------------- 8. Leafy greens. Spinach and other leafy greens are a good source of magnesium and folate. Research indicates people with asthma may be low in magnesium. Likewise, an increasing amount of evidence shows that adequate folate can suppress allergic reactions and may lessen the severity. 9. Apples. Full of vitamins and phytochemicals that may improve your overall lung capacity. In a study, people who ate at least five apples a week had better lung function than those who ate this fruit less frequently. However one must eat the the peel, too. That's where most of the health-helping flavonoids, such as quercetin, catechin, epicatechin, and procyanidins, reside. Dietary changes and asthma. While you're eating better, remember to avoid any foods or ingredients known to trigger your asthma. For example, some people find that the sulfites in dried fruit sets theirs off. Also, if you're getting nutrients from supplements, talk to your doctor because some may interfere with your asthma medications.
