Hello. We can't make the grey hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature greying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. This medication will control your hairloss as well. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. daily once for 1 month (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert me back.

Common causes include, thyroid problems, pcod (in females), alopecia, poor diet, scalp infections and genetics. Most successful treatments include both correction of life style & diet, and proper consumption of homeo medicines till completion of course. 9 out of 10 cases now, responds well to trichorootact hairoil with hairroot actve homeo herbal medicines. Is it good to have beards ?

MD - Dermatology , Venereology & Leprosy, MBBS
Dermatologist,
Is it good to have beards ?
Hello, a male having a beard is normal. It depends on person to person at what age they start developing facial hair. The growth of coarse hair on the face and other parts of the body is a result of increase in testosterone hormone in the male body. Dermatologically speaking, it doesn't make much difference if you plan to sport a beard or otherwise except that some research is of the opinion that keeping a beard protects the skin underneath from the sun and keeps thr skin young. But they are all anecdotal reports and the authenticity is questionable. So to answer your question, its a personal choice.

I do started lunges exercises from past one month and I don't do it continuously and sometimes I feel very much pain in thighs and is there any side effects with this lunges exercises?

Fellowship in Neurological Rehabilitation, BPTh/BPT

I do started lunges exercises from past one month and I don't do it continuously and sometimes I feel very much pain ...
Hi, Good initiative towards fitness! Its normal to have little pain after lunges but be regular. It might be your technique of lunge is wrong or you are not doing proper stretching and warm before doing lunges. There are no side effects of lunges if done correctly so I am suggesting some pointers. 1) while performing a lunge try to keep your knees aligned over your second toe so that the knee is moving in the same direction as the ankle joint. However, in reality we often find the knee translating (moving) forward to the toes or beyond in a squat or lunge movement. The reason for this can be attributed to the length of leg bones (tibia/fibula or femur). 2) During lunge or squat movements, we should always emphasize beginning the movement by pushing the hips backwards before they lower towards the floor. 3) In some instances we’ve seen trainers recommend keeping the back as vertical as possible which is problematic. 4) Do proper stretching exercises before doing lunges and squats. 5) Watch your technique in the mirror, the next time you lunge. Place your hands on your hips or in the small of your back and perform your lunge. If you notice any forward tilting in your hips or an increase in the curvature of your low back, you are compromising lumbar stability. Try this pointer and improve your exercise technique. If still pain persists, check with orthopedician or physiotherapist or follow up with me. Thanks.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)

I want to remove hairs on my breast permanently. It is really very awkward. please suggest some natural ways.
In cases where the condition is without any known reason and does not have any underlying medical conditions you can opt to trim or pluck the hair. It is best you avoid shaving, waxing or bleaching the hair around your breasts as this is a very sensitive area and prone to damage. -------- If an underlying medical condition (Hormonal fluctuations, Hirsuitism, PCOD etc) is the reason for the hair around your nipples, you should immediately get it investigated and get treatment to treat the root of the problem – as a result the excessive hair will disappear-----------------------------------. Myself Is a Homoeopathic physicain and please give me the detail regarding development of your hairs around nipple so that homoopathic treatment be given accordingly.
