Also don't have any carving. Throughout day I can have maximum 2 chapattis, 1 bowl rice, little cooked vegetables and 2 glass milk. Egg protein is best protein, so if you are an eggitarian you can have one or two eggs daily, if it suits you. Second thing recommended to you is to take small meals but frequently. I you should take 5-6 meals in a day but small in amounts rather than large meals 3 times a day.

Nitric oxide causes blood vessels to dilate and reduces oxygen consumption, which experts say can help athletes to maintain their pace for longer. In this study, cyclists either consumed a daily allotment of dark chocolate that was rich in flavanols or white chocolate. After two weeks, the cyclists performed a series of cycling exercise tests. The researchers found that the riders who ate dark chocolate used less oxygen when cycling at a moderate pace than to those who given white chocolate and they also traveled further in a two-minute flat-out time trial.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Food provide us energy and body building materials so you have to concentrate on you diet pattern. Whole grain food materials, avocado, banana, dairy products, potato, nuts, smoothies are some weight gaining food stuff. Take frequents meals. Do exercise daily.

Do regular exercise in early morning. Begin your day with a bowl of overnight soaked soyabean, also add protein - x powder to milk and drink in morning and evening. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Include protein rich food in your diet. Fluids should not be taken before or with a meal but only after a meal so that food intake is not reduced. Enough fluid must be taken so as to avoid constipation. Avoid junk food.
