Excessive of anything is bad same applies with masterbation. 2 things happen when one masterbate excessively 1. Premature ejaculation you can correlate when you started mastrrbation what was time and check current timing. You will find time to ejaculate might hv reduced significantly. Some people even ejaculate while rubbing in bed 2. Second problem is weak erection. Over a period you will feel lesser or weaker erections. One may feel shrinking penis due to this. Yes green tea helps a bit in reducing weight but it alone cannot reduce your weight. You have to control your diet and do regular exercise minimum 30 minutes in the morning and evening.

Apricots, raisins, guava, dates, prunes, avacado, jack fruit, peas, spinach, cucumber, sweet potato, broccoli, sprouts, mushrooms, corn are rich in protein. Potatoes, grains, apple, citrus fruits, watermelon, banana, green vegetables are rich in carbohydrates. Hope this answer helps you.

Leaf green tea is best as its least processed. It should be taken along with a whole fruit/ nuts/snacks as it contains some amount of caffeine. Can be taken twice a day. It is a rich source of antioxidants but has no direct effect on weight loss.

Step 1 Purchase milk and milk products such as yogurt, cottage cheese and buttermilk. Whey protein is a high-quality complete protein that is present in most dairy products. Milk consists of 27 percent protein overall with 80 percent derived from casein and the other 20 percent from whey. Cottage cheese is made by separating cheese from its water, which is high in whey proteins. For this reason, the water should not be discarded and instead used while cooking other foods such as soups and stews as a broth or in gravy. Step 2 Place a small strainer over a small bowl or empty container. Step 3 Put a cheesecloth over and into the strainer. If you don't have a cheesecloth, substitute use a double-lined paper towel instead. Step 4 Pour a container of yogurt over the cloth into the strainer. Cover with a plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator overnight or for at least eight hours to set properly. Step 5 Take the container out of the fridge the next morning and remove the plastic wrap. The hardened white substance in the strainer will be similar to cheese and is often referred to as yogurt cheese. The bowl or container you used will contain a yellow substance that is the whey protein.

5 Foods That Are Beneficial for Athletes

For increasing your weight Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Hi to increase weight you should improve your digestive system. By digesting your indigested food with the help of remedy and medicines will ultimately increase your appetite and digestive system. Have a glass of warm milk 30 mins before bedtime. Include salad in lunch & dinner. Have 2-3 whole fruits daily (papaya/ guava/ apple). Include ladies finger (bhindi), leafy vegetables (saag) & sprouts in your diet as often as possible. Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes. Replace refined grains like white rice, maida, white bread, noodles, biscuits with brown rice, atta, dalia, suji, jowar, bajra, atta bread. Have an early dinner & sleep early.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3.
