Hi,
My weight is 83 kg and my height is 5.6 fit is this fine for me or I have to loose some weight?
Hello sir you need to loose weigh. You need to understand the concept of weight loss, it requires cut down in calories (under the guidance of dietitian) along with exercises like brisk walking or cycling or yoga and stretching 5 days a week for at-least 25-30 mins. Any exercise say any sport you love is must dear to loose weight. Include foods like green tea, lemon water, jeera water, salad vegetables like onion, tomato, cucumber, kakri, cabbage and fruits like melon, watermelon, plums. Avoid fried foods, carbonated drinks, sweets and processed foods. Drink plenty of water. Take small and regular meals like 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Don't skip breakfast. Take chamomile tea before going to bed. Thank you.

Sr. My health is very down so please give me any solutions of my heath is very better.
Hello, We need to make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition): - Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator. -Standing while you work can help your body get more activity than if you were just sitting down. Spend at least some of your work day standing instead of sitting in order to help your blood flow and maintain your muscles. -Do more chores. Lots of household chores actually involve a lot of exercise and being better about doing chores can be a great way for you to fit activity and exercise into your day. -Aim to exercise for a total of 30 minutes per day and you’ll easily be able to maintain your fitness level. -Some exercises will be more efficient than others, and choosing these more efficient exercises means that the small amount of time that you do spend exercising will really count. Try to choose exercises that focus on your core muscles, since your legs and arms can get activity through daily activities like lifting bags of groceries and walking a longer distance from your car. Try squats, planks, burpees. -Get indulge into some activity at home like riding a bicycle, swimming, playing active games with your kids. -Eating right. Cut out unhealthy fats and take in healthy fats. The easiest way to identify unhealthy fats is to look for “solid” fats, or fats that are solid at room temperature. Get plenty of protein. Protein will help you maintain your muscles and also give you the energetic feeling that you may be missing now that you’re getting less exercise. Good protein sources include skinless chicken, salmon, sardines, almonds, walnuts, peanuts and peas. Eat properly portioned, balanced meals. Generally, about ⅓ of your plate should be fruits and vegetables and ⅓ of your plate should be grains. The final third should be a mix of protein and low-fat dairy (cottage cheese, eggs, non-fat milk, etc). -Drinking enough water also has the added bonus of keeping your hunger level down, helping you to maintain the lower calorie count that you’ll be getting now that you’re not exercising as much.

Remedies for general problems, cervical patients and low back pain patients

Due to the hectic schedule and regular bad eating habits and the changed style of relaxing with tv and high-headed pillow caused many health problems in the society. Here we focus on the remedies for general problems, cervical patients and low back pain patients.

For good mental and physical health, the stress and strain should be minimised or avoided by everyone. The patient must be assured of getting the right treatment. Daily rehabilitation is the principle of treatment, hence, prolong rest should be avoided at every cost. Ignorance of physical posture causes many problems; therefore postural education is of great importance for the patients. Patients should go for regular exercises like walking, swimming, exercises to increase the spinal mobility, maintain the range of motion with exercises, exercises for back muscles as advised by a physiotherapist. It is important to mention that personal hygiene is very important. One should not forget to take proper diet as advised by the physiotherapist. The patient should keep in mind the generated stress during their office hours; therefore, the working hours may be reduced or patients should take breaks in the day. One should avoid the high impact exercises such as jumping or running, strenuous sporting activity and sudden uncontrolled movements. Cars are an inevitable part of our daily routine but we should always use seat belts while driving. Many muscle relaxants are advised and thongs of advice are available in many forms today, but a patient should follow the guidelines of his or her physiotherapist and over use of muscle relaxants must be avoided.

What should I do to loss my weight which 99kg? Please give me suggestions to loss my weight.
Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

What are the surgical methods to gain height. Is hormone treatment to increase height is age restricted? I am 22 years old, can I do hormone treatment?

What are the surgical methods to gain height. Is hormone treatment to increase height is age restricted? I am 22 year...
Being a homoeopath,I dont have any knowledge about any surgical method of increasing height but yes there are some doctors in India claiming to increase height at your age with certain specific medicine may be Hormonal therapy but before this you must keep one thing in your mind that while going for thi therapy you may have to pay aa heavy price in terms of your health or after effect aand no surety of results. If you have made up your mind to go for it at any cost,I will advie you to wait for another 4-6 months during which time I will give you 2 options 1.My prescribed medicines which you will have to buy from market 2.My Package of 3 months for height costing Rs 4500/3 months.I have developed this combination of medicine for increasing height of people like you and in your age who are hopeless of their height.I have put my 20 year of experience in thi packge.I may not claim it 100% efficient but with this medicinal combination nd your efforts,I think we can get some very remarkable results. Although the 1st option of precribed medicines iss also good but the prescribed medicines have only limited effect due to less sstrength of these prescribed medicines. Just givee me 4-6 months and may be at the end you feel proud of yourself and that too without any ide effects of Hormonal therapy.
