As per who guideline there was no need to take vaccine within 3 months of previous full course anti rabies vaccine. After 3 months you hv to take only two dose 0 and 3.

After 2nd dose it may also be happened. Take paracetamol 650 sos. Wait for 3 days. If it is not normalize, consult a doctor.

Rinifol is used for diarrhea. Coolmelon is ayurvedic syrup, I don't know much about ayurveda. please mention your condition to get suggestion.
