Acne vulgaris or pimples as commonly known are caused mainly due to hormonal effects on the skin and are normal in teenage. However the severity may vary from person to person and treatment is required to prevent development of acne and its sequelae like marks and scars which tend to be relatively permanent. Kindly wash your face regularly with a mild cleanser at least 2-3 times a day to unclog the pores. Have plenty of water. Avoid high calorie foods like cakes, pastries, soft drinks, chocolates, fast foods etc as far as possible as they have a tendency to exacerbate pimples. Stress management techniques like yoga, sports, meditation helps in reducing acne. The treatment plans have to be tailor-made for each individual depending on the type and severity if acne lesions and consist of tablets, creams, chemical peeling etc. Kindly consult for further specific treatment.

1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking,jogging,running,swimming,cycling etc) 2.Reduce weight if overweight 3Control diet a)Avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal,rice, pasta b)avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food,. c)include more fiber like pulse,green leafy vegetable,cucumber, carrot, tomato,h legume. d)Avoid sweetened fruit like banana,mango,litchi, chickoo,sapota, seethaphal jack fruit,grape etc. can have fruits like guava, pineapple,papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato e)Avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/Jowar/Ragi,moong and chana Dal. f)Avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. g)Avoid red meat.take fish/chicken. h)Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink 4.Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting Dietitian 5.Monitor your fasting, PP blood sugar 3 monthly and HbA1c six monthly 6.Consult diabetologist for advice and treatment

Hair loss is due to internal as well as external factors- internal factors include harmones testosterone, severe prevoius illness like typhoid, malaria, dengue jaundice. Nutrietional deficiency due crash dieting, missing diets, over use of tea coffee. Due alcohal & smoking. External factors =pollution, oversweating, hard water for washing hairs. Mental stress. Improper sleep. Heredity. Rx wiesbaden 200/ bd 2-2 drops directly on tongue for 1 months. Calc flour 6x/tds 2-2 tab daily. Ext application --arnica q 1 dram +china q 1 dram + 250 ml coconut oil. Mix it well. Apply on your scalp twice in a wk. Take balanced diet. Don't skip your meals. Add fruits & fruit juices in your daily diet. Avoid smoking & alcohal if you have habit. Wash your hairs 3-4 times in a wk. Reduce tea coffee habit. Do exercises. Do yoga also.

Your ideal weight will be 58 to 60 kg. To increase weight you take liv 52syrup 1to2spoon30 minuties before lunch end dinner. Add in your food carbohydrates, proteins, vitamines, minieales, dry fruites, fruites, green vegitabales. Salad. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking. Take 6 to 8 hours sleep.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Its not about the size of the testes. There mst be some local pathology. See a surgeon. You will need sonography of testes.

Hi. I am 24 years old. Ever since I got my 1st period (I.e at the age of 14). My periods wer irregular. I would hardly get them monthly. The problem persisted for years. Last year I took up yoga, brisk walking and had a very healthy diet free of junk and sugar and white rice. I lost weight considerably, Became flexible and my periods became very regular. It would not even get delayed by a day also. I had a blood test in Aug 2015 that showed negative thyroid. And a scan in Sept 2015 that showed polycystic appearing ovaries (I dint do any further testing or treatments for this ). And from Dec 2015 for almost 9 months my periods wer regular but they became very scanty. Lasting only 3 days instead of 5 with light bleeding. Now due my busy schedule I stopped yoga walking and can not really focus on good diet since last 2 months and I haven't got my period since 2 months. I went to a gynecologist she said this is Pcos and once I start with my healthy lifestyle again and lose 5 more kgs it ll help me a lot. Along with this since a Month I have the following problems. 1. Lower back pain not very severe though 2. Vaginal dryness and itching. There is no lubrication or discharge. 3. Mild acne on forehead I will again visit a gyno and get detailed tests done and will restore my food habits and start with yoga asap again. But I have question that is really bothering me. I just badly need an answer to this. I read about pre-menopause and pre mature ovarian failure on the net. The symptoms are totally same! I asked a classmate about this and she said its true bcuz her mother got menopause at 39. I am very scared. Is this true? Do I have menopause? The other day I felt some kind of warmth in my upper back and I sweat a bit from palms n feet is this hot flash? Or is it my psychology becoz I have been obsessing abt menopause ever since I read all that. I know only tests can confirm all this and only then a doctor can give an opinion but just based on your experience is it possible to have menopause at 24? I don't drink smoke other wise healthy not sexually active If a doc could confirm on this I 'll really be relived. Thank you.

Don't panic from dengue fever, it recovers automatically. Get full rest/ proper sleep/ health diet. Be caution of any bleeding sign from body. Get Platlet Count daily if it is below 1.5 lac per cubic mm, and consult nearby doctor for further management. Eat healthy food. Avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods. Eat homemade food include seasonal fruits, complex carbs like Dalia, Khichdi, oats and whole wheat bread etc. Eat small and frequent meals. Eat all your meals on time. Take any Tablet Multivitamin once a day. Take a light and early dinner.
