Generally the fever will be due to viral infection, so use boiled cold water to drink and maintain clean environment.

If fever is more than 100.4 degree then use paracetamol to subside the fever it will take another 5 to 7 days for the fever to subside try to give coconut water.

Normal babies sleep up to 16 hrs in a day, so wake baby up just by hitting with yours fingers over the sole and make your baby to feed.
