Yes, it affects conceiving. This is happening due to insufficient hormones, the good news is that it's easily treatable with ayurvedic tablets. Kindly let me know your age, height and weight so as to arrive at perfect prescription.

Dear does your wife has a history of such coughing episodes earlier also? or any history of tuberculosis? since she has been coughing for more than 2 weeks, I would strongly suggest that you consult a doctor and get a sputum examination done. Prolonged coughing also puts her at risk for preterm labor and associated complications if this continues.

Zika virus is transmitted through mosquitoes to humans and symptoms are vague -fever , joint pains , bodyaches and the fever is not very high like in malaria , one tends to ignore and treat it like just any other fever which lasts for 3-5 days. At risk are Pregnant women , because the babies get anancephaly -means baby with small head and other congenital defects. Recent reseaech has proved that This Virus can be transmitted through body fluids , sexual intercourse , Vaccine is underway and Indian Scientists have made it , they are waiting to get a patent. We are expecting an epidemic all around the world but some places in North America has got no patient of Zika and Brazil has lots of cases , Reasons are Not known.

Taking an I pill may lead to irregular bleeding as it is a high dose of hormone. This one day bleeding is due to that. You period may be delayed and it is very difficult to predict. Some patients may get irregular spotting for few days. You have to just wait and watch. In case of doubt you can repeat a pregancy test.

I am 34 weeks pregnant. My husband's blood group is AB positive and mine is O positive. What are the chances of child developing ABOINCOMPATIBILITY. Will there be any complications and is it treatable. We are a little worried. Thanks and regards.

All About Vulvar Cancer

Vulvar cancer is an invasive and cancerous growth, which occurs in the vulva (the external vaginal or reproductive tract opening in females). The main types of vulvar cancer include:
1. Squamous cell carcinoma: This condition gives rise to abnormal growths that generally originate from the most common forms of skin cells known as squamous cells. They are characterized by open sores, scaly red patches, elevated growths with a depression in the centre or warts which might crust or bleed. They can cause disfiguring and sometimes can prove to be fatal if their growth is allowed.

2. Melanoma: This is a form of cancer that is known to develop cells that contain pigment called melanocytes. It is one of the most dangerous forms of cancer and is more commonly found in women.

3. Basal cell carcinoma: Basal cell carcinoma contributes to around 1 - 2% of vulvar cancer. This form of cancer tends to be slow-growing lesions on the labia majora (external large vulvar folds), but is capable of occurring anywhere else on the vulva. The behaviour bears resemblance to basal cell cancers that occur in other locations. Their growth is local and the risk of deep invasion or metastasis (spreading of the cancer) is low. Treatment of basal cell carcinoma involves excision. However, these types of lesions tend to recur if they are not removed completely.

Symptoms of vulvar cancer include:
1. Itching, bleeding or burning sensation on the vulva that is not relieved.
2. Occurrence of skin changes such as rashes or warts, on the vulva.
3. Pain in pelvis, particularly during sex or urination.
4. Changes in skin colour of the vulva (abnormally red or white).
5. Lumps, ulcers or sores that occur on the vulva which do not subside

Treatment options of vulvar cancer include:
1. Surgery: This is the most common form of treatment wherein, the cancer is removed without affecting the sexual function of the woman. Some of the surgical procedures include:
i. Laser Surgery
ii. Wide local excision (small portion of the cancerous tissue)
iii. Radical local excision (removing a major portion of benign tissues as well)
iv. Ultrasonic surgical aspiration (tumour is broken into small pieces using fine vibrations)
v. Vulvectomy (removal of all or part of vulva)

2. Radiation Therapy: This treatment procedure involves using radiations such as X-rays to target and destroy the cancer cells. The two forms of radiation therapy are external radiation therapy and internal radiation therapy.

3. Chemotherapy: This form of treatment uses oral administration or injection of chemicals into the veins so that the growth of cancerous cells is stopped, either by elimination of the cells or by prohibiting cell division.

Pregnancy is possible only on one day of cycle meaning on day of ovulation. So couple has to give enough time to nature i.e. 12-24 months. If this time is given or if you are impatient it needs examination of both, reports of both so meet Gynecologist or infertility specialist. In that case also must have patience as reports and treatment both take time.

CARE YOU FEET
==============
10 tips for finding the right shoes
Take a tracing of your foot with you. If the shoe is narrower or shorter than the tracing, don't even try it on.
Shop for shoes during the afternoon — your foot naturally expands with use during the day.
Wear the same type of socks to the store that you intend to wear with the shoes.
Have a salesperson measure both of your feet — and get measured every time you buy new shoes. Feet change with age, often growing larger and wider. If one foot is larger than the other, buy a size that fits the larger foot.
Stand in the shoes. Press gently on the top of the shoe to make sure you have about a half-inch of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. This provides enough room for your foot to press forward as you walk. Wiggle your toes to make sure there's enough room.
Walk around in the shoes to determine how they feel. Is there enough room at the balls of the feet? Do the heels fit snugly, or do they pinch or slip off? Don't rationalize that the shoes just need to be "broken in." Find shoes that fit from the start.
Trust your own comfort level rather than a shoe's size or description. Sizes vary between manufacturers. And no matter how comfortable an advertisement claims those shoes are, you're the real judge.
Pay attention to width as well as length. If the ball of your foot feels compressed in a particular shoe, ask if it comes in a wider size. Buying shoes that are a half-size bigger — but not any wider — won't necessarily solve the problem.
Feel the inside of the shoes to see if they have any tags, seams, or other material that might irritate your foot.
Examine the soles. Are they sturdy enough to provide protection from sharp objects? Do they provide any cushioning? Take note of how they feel as you walk around the shoe store. Try to walk on hard surfaces as well as carpet to see how the shoe feels on both.
