Hello lybrate-user, Whenever we start exercising, we suffer from some pain the next day. So always, start exercising gradually and then you can increase the repetitions. What kind of exercise you are doing, it really matters. Also, what you can do is that use hot packs post exercise which will help you to relax your muscles. Now a days, electric hot bags are also available or you can also utilise the hot water bags in which you have to pour hot water.

Keep your eyes away from computer after every 16-20 min Wash your face with water Soak 2 tsf of triphala churna overnight and early morning filter it and with this water wash your eyes daily You will be benefitted Wish you good health.

It looks like mechanical back pain it may be due to your faulty posture hence please do s=following: stretching exercise spinl extension exercise straifg=ht posture pain medication if pain persists get MRI of lumbar spine and consult through Lybrate text or phne or video.

Generally, stomach may feel hot or burning due to high acidity, or acid reflux, or ulcers caused due to it. In such cases, one should regularly eat at proper times, avoiding all spicy, sour, hot and pungent foods. It is also strongly recommended that you avoid alcohol, carbonated drinks, and non-vegetarian food. To reduce heat, drink plenty of pure water, coconut water, and sabja water daily. Taking lukewarm cow milk with cardamom and sugar also can help reduce acidity. Ayurvedic medicines such as Avipattikara churna and indukanta ghrita can be used, but only with prescription of qualified Vaidya.

I have bloating since 2 days. I had constipation since 4 days which is fine now but bloating has not reduced. It has exactly started when we had pizza from then my mom and I have bloating. Even we eat only 2 chapatti then also we feel full for the day. I have exam of upsc on 3rd june so I am very much disturbed by this bloating and dizziness at times. I had banana cucumber and many fruits but no relief in bloating. I feel like something is stuck in my intestine and it's always tight even after defecation. Flatulence can be embarrassing and painful for anyone, but don’t worry! You easily reduce flatulence with diet and lifestyle choices. Have smaller meals throughout the day. Eat six small meals per day instead of three large meals. Your system may more easily digest fewer meals and produce less gas from them Eat easily digestible carbs. Foods that contain simple carbohydrates may be easier for you to digest Avoid gas-promoting foods. Plan your meals each day to include easily digestible carbs. Steer clear of food choices that may make create gas in your intestines. Find suitable replacements for the following gas-promoting foods Beans and lentils. Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts. Bran. Dairy products containing lactose. Fruit such as apples and pears. Sorbitol, a sugar substitute found in some sugar-free products. Fatty junk foods, like fast food burgers or pizza. Chew your meal slowly. If you're famished or you're a fast eater, avoid the temptation to shovel your food into your mouth. Chew each meal slowly so you don’t swallow too much air. Doing this can aid digestion and may minimize the production of gas. Get regular exercise. Physical activity can help your intestines expel gas and stay regular. Exercise for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. If you are unable to do 30 minutes, aim for 2 15-minute sessions of physical movement, which can also ease flatulence.
