You are suffering from acidity problem. You take kamdudha vati (tablet) 1 30 minuties before lunch end dinner end in noon take 20 ml cold milk add 50 ml cold water mix end take it.

I was having weakness since many days so consulted physician & he asked me to go for vitamin B & vitamin D test. I have high deficiency of vitamin D. Doc has given me injection instead of tablet for quick response. Still he said it will take 15 mins to recover. I feel lot of weakness & bone, back pain. My eyes are also dry. Blood pressure is also low 90/60. My CBC test went fine. Please suggest how to recover asap. How to increase Blood pressure.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Sugar or jaggery both are not to be used by a person with diabetes. But if one has no diabetes then there is no problem in eating either of these substances. Agar aap ko diabetes nahi hai, to kuch bhi dikkat nahi hai. Thanks.

One adult needs 3-4 liters of water daily drank at regular intervals and very cold water is not good
