In this modern times many are leading busy fast paced lifestyles that are very effective for achieving career goals. However other areas of life can and do suffer as a result particularly that of health. In order to achieve few ways can be followed 

1. Drink plenty of water: the importance of maintaining hydration is key in all areas of health. Not doing so not only affects energy and concentration levels but also can lead to further illness or exacerbation of existing ones.

2. Deep diaphragmatic breathing: just five slow diaphragmatic breaths has a profound effect on both physical and psychological state almost instantly, as in case of stress.

3. Regular exercise: that means spending for 10 to 15 minutes of regular stretching and strengthening exercises in stipulated time period.

4. Meditation: it could be done anywhere and at anytime as it requires simple practice of being mindful.

5. Positive focus: negative thinking can be most draining things as it doesn't have to be. To change it effectively with thought patterns with enough focus and consistency as it brings positive outcomes.

1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation... 7. Walk 1km daily in evening... 8 .Follow up after a week.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

डॉक्टर होने के नाते हमें अनगिनत बार इस सवाल का सामना करना पड़ता है कि इंसुलिन कब बन्द होगी। यह सवाल आधारित है इस मिथ्या पर की इंसुलिन शरीर को कमज़ोर करता है या इंसुलिन लगने का अर्थ है शुगर की बीमारी में गिरावट। लेकिन इंसुलिन शुगर की सबसे क़ुदरती दावा है क्योंकि आपका शरीर भी शुगर क़ाबू में रखने के लिए इंसुलिन ही बनाता है। अतः इंसुलिन को बंद करने से आप कोई लाभ नहीं पायगे। बल्कि मेरे विचार में आप शुगर की अन्य दवाइयाँ बन्द करके केवल इंसुलिन द्वारा ही शुगर को कंट्रोल करे। आपके अच्छें स्वास्थ्य की कामना करते हुएँ।

Hello No worries you can use these following homoeopathic medicines phosphoric acid 200, 4 times a day, 4 pills once, for a week. Rauwolfia tincture 10 drops in a cup of water take twice in a day. The most important question here is whether your sugar is controlled or not. If your sugar crosses the level of 180 mg/dl then weight gain would not happen. Beyond 180 mg/dl - our kidneys start to excrete sugars in urine. So whatever you eat and digest - ultimately making glucose in the body will get eliminated in your urine. Hence to aim for weight gain - your sugar control below 180 mg/dl is paramount.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Hi doctor, I had c section operation on 27th Oct 2016. I am using belt which is suggested by my doctor to reduce my stomach. I am using belt only on day time. Belt can not reduce tummy-abdomen size. If you have to reduce only abdomen size than abdomen exercises are required but if you have to reduce both weigh and abdomen then with exercises also dieting. If you need to loose weight you may contact me for distant suggestions.

If you are menstruating, you can't be pregnant and vice versa. Intermittent bleeding during confirmed pregnancy is a serious problem both for you and the baby. Please meet with a qualified doctor.

Lybrate-user both things are important for fat control. 1st its 30 to 45 minutes cardeo exercise preferable brisk walking and 2nd its diet control or taking healthy nutritive diet. Dinner should be light maximum till 8pm. Drink warm water with lemon and honey early in the morning. Maximum intake of green tea and water. Eat more fresh salad before meal.

Accucheck or any other glucometer has approx 10-15% variation. Also for accucheck glucometer we use capillary blood (arterial blood which has more glucose) and for laboratory blood test we use venous blood (glucose utilized by muscles). So normally glucometer gives approx 15% more value than lab blood test. Frequency of checking blood sugar will depend upon control of diabetes. More uncontrolled diabetes = needs more frequent blood sugar monitoring.

Hi I'm a 20 year old boy with a height of 5'9" It's enough but not for me because I want a carrier in Modeling so I want to be 6 feet. I'm doing a lot of exercises in the morning like running for 20 minutes, 40-50 Pushups, 80 Squats, Sprint, Hanging and some stretching too. And I'm taking a high Protein diet (Approx 100g protein per day) with limited Carbs and Fats and also less saturated Fat and High Unsaturated. My sleep is also good. I sleep for 8 hours. I'm taking Multivitamins and Calcium with Vitamin D3 tablets too. I'm taking 1 litre milk per day because Calcium is very Important for bones. I'm taking Soy Products too. I'm taking proteins too. I'm taking enough Fruits and Dry fruits also. I know I have made a Paragraph about this but this is it. I think I'm doing enough for my body. I'm doing this all things from 4 months. I'm build Athletic and a little Muscular. Any advice, herbal medicine or anything to grow taller 3 inches. Please tell me. Thank You.

There is no medicine, allopathy, ayurved, or any other science for increasing height. I repeat, no medicine can increase your height. The anabolic steroids stunt growth by closing epiphyses. So don't try that also. After 20 height grows by about 1 inch every 3 years. Build body, muscles. But height cannot be increased. If growth is reduced, by malnutrition, then it can restored. But artificial increase in height is impossible. Don't chase false claims and advertisements.

My problem is like whatever I eat, it does not suit my body. I am very slim. So many Doctors advice me to eat healthy and full of proteins food to get better health and I did the same as doctor told me. But the problem it is not getting into my body. I eat eggs, chicken, banana with milk, I mean I did every single possible try to get my body in good shape but the result is nothing. So I want you to give me some advice or solution. गोंद कतीरा के गुण और स्वास्थ्य लाभ हैं चौकाने वाले!
गोंद कतीरा /gond katira / hog-gum कतीरा पेड़ से निकाला जाने वाला गोंद है। इसका कांटेदार पेड़ भारत में गर्म पथरीले क्षेत्रों में पाया जाता है। इसकी छाल काटने और टहनियों से जो तरल निकलता है वही जम कर सफ़ेद पीला हो जाता है और पेड़ की गोंद कहलाता है।

गोंद कतीरा तासीर में ठंडा है, इसलिए गर्मी में इसका सेवन करें। सर्दी में सेवन उचित नहीं माना जाता। इसके सेवन से शरीर में ताक़त बनी रहती है पेशाब में जलन और पेशाब सम्बंधित बीमारी में यह रामबाण की तरह काम करता है गोंद कतीरा का प्रयोग विभिन्न प्रकार के रोगों को दूर करने के लिए किया जाता है।

गुण:-
गोंद कतीरा शरीर के खून को गाढ़ा करता है, हृदय की कठोरता को दूर करता है और आंतों की खराश को दूर करके बलवान बनाता है। यह शरीर से निकलने वाले खून को रोकता है, सांस रोग को दूर करता, खांसी को नष्ट करता व कफ दूर करता है। यह छाती की खरखराहट और फेफड़ों के जख्मों को खत्म करता है। इसका प्रयोग जहर को उतारने के लिए भी किया जाता है विशेषकर गर्म मिजाज वालों व्यक्ति के जहर को। पेशाब की जलन, मासिकस्राव का कम आना, हाथ-पैरों की जलन, सिर की जलन, खुश्की, अधिक प्यास लगना आदि रोग ठीक होते हैं।

गोंद कतीरा के फायदे –
कमजोरी और थकान दूर करे-

थकान, कमजोरी, गर्मी की वजह से चक्कर आना, उल्टी और माइग्रेन जैसी समस्याओं में भी गोद कतीरा काफी फायदेमंद होता है। नियमित रूप से प्रात: आधा गिलास दूध में कतीरा गोंद कूटकर डालें और मिश्री डालकर सेवन करें। पित्ती ठीक हो जायेगी।

रक्त की समस्या दूर करे-
गोंद कतीरा में भरपूर मात्रा में प्रोटीन और फॉलिक एसिड जैसे पोषक तत्व पाएं जाते है। गोंद कतीरा शरीर के खून को गाढ़ा करता है। 10 से 20 ग्राम गोंद कतीरा रात को पानी में भिगो दें और सुबह उसी पानी में मिश्री मिलाकर शर्बत बनाकर सेवन करें। इससे रक्त प्रदर दूर होता है।

सिर का दर्द-
लगभग 4 ग्राम मेंहदी के फूल और लगभग 3 ग्राम कतीरा को मिट्टी के बर्तन में भिगोकर रख दें और सुबह मिश्री के साथ पीस कर पीएं। इससे सिर दर्द के अलावा जलन और सिर के बालों का झड़ना भी बंद होता है।

कण्ठमाला-
2 भाग कतीरा और 2 भाग नानख्वा को बारीक पीसकर धनिये के पत्तों के रस में मिलाकर प्रतिदिन गले पर लेप करने से कंठमाला (गले की गांठ) में आराम मिलता है।
लगभग 10 से 20 ग्राम कतीरा को पानी में फुला लें और फिर इसे मिश्री मिले शर्बत में मिलाकर सुबह-शाम पीएं। इससे गले के रोगों में पूरा लाभ मिलता है।

गर्मी व जलन से छुट्टी-
अगर आपके हाथ-पैरों में जलन की समस्या हो तो 2 चम्मच कतीरा को रात को सोने से पहले 1 गिलास पानी में भिगों दें। सुबह कतीरा के फूल जाने इसको शक्कर के साथ मिलाकर रोजाना खाने से हाथों और पैरों की जलन दूर हो जाती है। अगर शरीर अधिक गर्म महसूस हो तो कतीरा को पानी में भिगोकर मिश्री मिले शर्बत के साथ घोटकर सुबह-शाम सेवन करें। इससे शरीर की गर्मी दूर होती है। इसके सेवन करने से गर्मियों में लू से बचा जा सकता है।

स्त्री रोग मे फायदेमंद-
कतीरा गोंद का सेवन महिलाओं की समस्याए जैसे बच्चा होने के बाद की कमजोरी,माहवारी की गड़बड़ी या ल्यूकोरिया आदि की समस्या को ठीक करता है। यह कमजोरी और उसके कारण होने वाली शारीरिक अनियमिताओं को ठीक करता है। गोंद कतीरा तथा मिश्र को बराबर की मात्रा में मिलाकर पीस लें और 2 चम्मच की मात्रा में कच्चे दूध के साथ सेवन करें |

टांसिल की समस्या
अगर आपको बार बार टांसिल की समस्या हो जाती है तो 2 भाग कतीरा और 2 भाग नानख्वा को बारीक पीसकर धनिये के पत्तों के रस में मिलाकर रोजाना गले पर लेप करने से आराम मिलता है। लगभग 10 से 20 ग्राम कतीरा को पानी में फुला लें और फिर इसे मिश्री मिले शर्बत में मिलाकर सुबह-शाम पीएं। इससे गले के रोगों में पूरा लाभ मिलेगा |

पैरों की जलन-
गोंद कतीरा रात को एक गिलास पानी में भिगोकर रख दें और सुबह इसमें चीनी मिलाकर सेवन करें। इससे हाथों-पैरों की जलन दूर होती है। इसका प्रयोग गर्मियों में बहुत ही लाभदायक है।

स्वप्नदोष –
स्वप्नदोष के लिए, करीब ६ ग्राम गोंद कतीरा, रात को एक कप पानी में भिगा दी जाती है। रात भर में यह गोंद फूल जाता है जिसमे मिश्री १२ ग्राम मिलाकर खाया जाता है। १०-१५ दिन तक इसके सेवन से स्वप्न दोष में लाभ होता है।

मूत्ररोग-
10 ग्राम से 20 ग्राम गोंद कतीरा सुबह शाम फुलाकर मिश्री के साथ शर्बत घोटकर पीने से मूत्ररोग में लाभ मिलता है।

Keto diet is an extreme diet where in you literally say good bye to Carbs and get max calories from Fats ( 70%) and Proteins (25%) and balance from Carbs(5%). This is completely different from the traditional diet and food habits. Such fad diets keep appearing and disappearing and cause lot of harm to the users. This diet assumes that giving up Carbs will solve all the problems. I have seen many people in last 30 years try all types of extreme diets and after one/two months they are back to square one.... And later on they put on more weight than they where they started from. .. Any diet which is radically different from your regular pattern will upset your mind and body and can't be sustained in the long run.. It is always better to make sensible and gradual changes that you can sustain lifelong rather than abrupt changes. The success of any diet should not be gauged from what it does over 2 months, but what happens after 2 years.

It is not that easy to increase weight which is muscle in the body in just 2 months. You have to eat very well and do good weight training exercise to gain that weight. In your condition your energy requirement is very high so whatever you eat is used as a source of energy and you do not make muscle. To gain muscles you will have to eat at least 6 meals (high calorie) in a day at a regular interval with a proper ratio of proteins and carbohydrates. Proteins will help you gain body mass while carbohydrates will help you give energy. Protein foods are eggs, fish, chicken, milk and milk products, meat and dals. Carbohydrate foods are roti and rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes. You have to eat vegetables and fuits and use healthy and good fats for cooking like ghee, cold pressed mustrad or til oil. You will also have to do some weight training exercise to help you build mass into the body. Also drink enough water to keep you hydrated.
