Because milk has chelating action with iron. So it will pass in stool without absorption. So please always take iron or tonic with water or neebu water. You can discuss on line.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly it is important to understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Reduce your main meals by 1/4th the amount. Take a glass of lime water 10minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad diets, medicines will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Hello mithalal, hope they are under regular medication as doctor prescribed. But adding on, if you they have a healthy diet plan, would add up to health. Father diabetics 1. Do regular exercise for 30 mins 2. Avoid high carbohydrate food and go with more protien sourced food like soya wheat 3. If father is a non-veg, boil mutton (don't cook) in a purified water with salt and pepper and drink juice. And can eat that mutto. 4. After protein, vitamins and minerals. Every day 13vitamins and 11 minerals required. Go add more color to your diet. With all kinds of fruis and vegetables. 5. Fish oil or omega-3 added advantage 6. Fiber - after lunch fiber has to be intake. It helps to reduce post lunch diabetes. For mother bp and thyroid. 1. Fiber 2. Vitamins and minerals. Every day 13vitamins and 11 minerals required. Go add more color to your diet. With all kinds of fruis and vegetables. 3. Fish oil or omega-3 added advantage 4. B-complex give me a private message, may cost you 100/- rs. To increase digestion power you can follow these methods : • Take one teaspoon of ajwain seeds ( carom )and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera grind it and make powder of it add 1/3 rd of teaspoon of this in your food you eat . • Take pudina ( mint) and coriander leaves grind it and eat one teaspoon of it daily 2 times in a day . You can make chutney of it . Mint and corriander has enzymes that increase your digestion . • Eat one fruit before one hour of taking meal . Eat an apple daily . • Do running and jogging exercise daily . For weight loss you have to consume fewer calories than your daily requirement. Exercise alone is not sufficient you have to take care of your diet first. E. G. If you are doing 1 hour brisk walk you will burn 250 kcal but single package of chips contain kcal. So to decrease weight you require individual diet and exercise schedule.

Hi, by improving your digestive system, you can increase your weight. 1. You must focus on getting the maximum nutrition out of the food that you are eating and digest that. To improve your digestive powers, you can take chitrakadi vati after meal and ashwagandha churna with water twice a day. 2. You can also have milk and milk products eg butter, ghee, etc along with banana shake.

Follow these best tips to make your digestion strong & healthy - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking meals, do not sleep in day.

Hi lybrate-user children during hot summer days prefer liquid food and fruit juices to solids of parents preference. It is not bad. Rather fluids and fruits are the recommended food for children in hot days. But this kind of food habbits should notbe the order the day through out the year. You pls encourage years son to take fresh friuit as a whole instead of juices of high calories with added sugars and syrups. We need to respect the likes and dislikes of children. Avoid squashes during meal time. Coax years child to take some high protein diet like eggs or diary products first with promise that he would be permitted to eat fresh fruits after this. So do not loose heart, be moderate in approach to teach and discilpline your child.
