Hi, You mean constipation? Try these steps for your constipation problem: Drink two to four extra glasses of water a day (unless your doctor told you to limit fluids for another health reason). Try warm liquids, especially in the morning. Add fruits and vegetables to your diet. Eat prunes and bran cereal. Isabgol, also known as" psyllium husk, is a common health supplement used to treat constipation, other digestive problems, and a few non-digestive problems. It contains 70 percent soluble fiber and, as a result, acts as a bulk-forming laxative. The effectiveness of isabgol largely depends on your individual health needs and the manner in which you take it. Usually, you will need to take 1 to 2 tsp (5 to 10 ml) of isabgol with 1 cup of water (240 ml) or fluid daily at night until your constipation passes. The exact dosage may vary depending on age, medical condition, and response to treatment, however. Eat a well-balanced diet with plenty of fiber. Good sources of fiber are fruits, vegetables, legumes, and whole-grain bread and cereal (especially bran). Drink 1 1/2 to 2 quarts of water and other fluids a day (unless your doctor has you on a fluid-restricted diet). Fiber and water work together to keep you regular. Avoid caffeine. It can be dehydrating. Check on milk. Some people may need to avoid it because dairy products may be constipating for them. Exercise regularly. Go to the bathroom when you feel the urge. Avoid taking unnecessary stress. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Biocombination-4/ thrice daily for 4 weeks.

What we have to do in CBT for psellismophobic person? Give me some stepwise idea about this.

For those who are prone to stuttering might feel embarrassment, some kind of distress as well as fear in most cases. Psellismophobia is full blown condition / phobia. Cbt is one of the best form of treatment therapy for the same. We believe that our brain can be re-wired / reprogrammed just like the our pc could be programmable. In cbt the basic principle is to looking into the thought processes that lead to negative belief and behavior pattern. We believe that these unhealthy thought processes are continue the chain reaction of thinking, acting and believing leading the behavior to continue. For example" what will happen if I stutter? I always stutter when there are people around. The cbt aims at changing these thought processes and replace them with more positive thought processes, which is called cognitive restructuring. In other words it is all about changing the way you think about something so that your perception will also change and that will help reduce the problem. The first step in cbt is to notice your recurrent thoughts which are negative. These are the thoughts that works as a trigger. And write down these thoughts on a piece of paper. You may divide the page in 3 vertical columns and write down negative thoughts in first column. Second state is rational thinking - here you refute the negative statement with rational thinking, which we all could do when not currently in a stressful situation. For example, if a negative thought is" what will happen if I slutter? rational thought could be as simple as" these people are friends" or" in a conversation what is important is my participation. And in the third column write down positive affirmation - these are positive thoughts and positive statements that you consciously repeat. For ex" I am a confident and effective speaker. This will help you improve your confidence. The bottom line behind this is that you repeat this affirmative statement often enough that they gradually become habitual thoughts. When you are naturally thinking these positive thoughts that itself will improve your performance. Along with cbt you can also use regular meditation session to help you manage your stress better and to induce calmness which helps in the process. Visualization is also very effective way to change behavior. It works as begin with the end in my. Daily you see yourself speaking confidently and maintaining your calm, confident state of being while in conversation. You may also include how you are successfully working with your fear or embarrassment by changing your thought and body posture. This will also help change your behavior. Hope this helps.

Take following medicines Spongia tosta 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 1mth take plain water steam once a day avoid eating curd, icecreams, pickles, papad, citrus fruits, watermelon, green skin bananas, pineapple, strawberries, custard apple, guavas. Stop using mosquito repellants.

Any pain in the body indicates some disease is going inside and pain killers will make you not feeling the pain but the disease lingering inside. This habit of taking pain killers without any consultation is the greatest health hazard in our third world countries. You need to go for a consultation which helps you to identify the cause of the pain and its to be treated accordingly.

Your technique may need modification. Pinch the skin, introduce the needle perpendicularly, not at an angle. After you have injected the insulin, count to 10 to allow some time. Then remove the needle and do nothing to the injection site. You can always use pen device to ensure consisted delivery of insulin with negligible discomfort.

Whenever I do my penis workout (Dry Jelqing 50 reps followed by Kegel), not always, but sometimes small quantity of semen comes out which we normally called it as pre-cum. I heard that during workout of penis if semen comes out then all the workouts are wasted and it will not give the results. If it is true then what are the remedies? My penis is 6.693" in length. Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. The excreation of precum is normal and is required. This could come also while work out because of the pelvic pressure exerted. There is no negative sexual effect for this. Don't worry. Size and hardness of penis never matters in a sexual intercourse. Love and passion matters and determines the sexual pleasure. Usually, in flaccid condition, the size will be less than 2 inches. Average size of erect penis is 4 inches. Hello. Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit. It is considered abnormal only when it inhibits partner-oriented behavior, is done in public, or is sufficiently compulsive to cause distress. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities. Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. Masturbation does not produce premature ejaculation. Post-masturbation effects: a man whose penis has suffered a blunt trauma, severe bend or other injury during intercourse or masturbation may, rarely, sustain a penile fracture or suffer from peyronie's disease.
