Lubricant could be used in such a condition. Domestic cooking oil or vaseline and lubricant available at store as well. But it is also possible you might have used this but there could surgical deformity too to your partner. Wish you good health.

Several things can be done to prevent cold: -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups, dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment.-Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily.-

My husband age 48 years is suffering from triple vessel disease which type of surgery he has to do please advise.

DHMS (Hons.)
Homeopath, Patna
My husband age 48 years is suffering from triple vessel disease which type of surgery he has to do please advise.
Hello, lybrate-user, He is obeased by 15 kg, approx,he should go to reduce his weight first. Triple vessels disease is caused due to pressure on coronary- arteries due to narrowness ,obstructing free blood supply to heart muscle resulting deficiency of Oxygen due to blockage. Cardio- surgeon will assess the level of blockage of each coronary arteries (out of three) & accordingly blockage be removed transplanting stent in the arteries to allow free blood supply to heart muscles to maintain oxygen supply to nourish d heart walls. An open heart surgery may take place in major blockage in all the arteries, or a minor blockage may be removed through angioplasty without opening the heart. He should reduce cholesterol from the blood being the main cause of blockage. Tk care.

However treatment is available to arrest the liver damage and subsequent development of cirrhosis of liver/carcinoma of liver 3. In most of the cases the hepatitis b virus automatically gets cleared from the blood within 6 months. Criteria for starting anti viral drugs- patient should be observed for 6 monthsif sgot (alt/sgpt (ast) level is more than two times the normal value), hbeag is positive, hbvdna is more than 20, 000/ml, and liver biopsy showing necro inflammatory changes, he may require treatment with anti viral drugs. 7.
