Hi, Here are few tips for fairer and flawless skin: -Soak some almonds in water overnight, remove their skin in the morning and grind them. Add a teaspoon of gram fluor, one teaspoon of milk and 4 drops of lime juice. Make a paste,mix it well and apply it on your face.Regular massage gives you long lasting clear and fair skin. -Turmeric is good ingredient for skin. Make a face pack with mixture of turmeric and milk. Apply this and wash off after an hour with cold water for glowing skin. Lemon juice and glycerin work nicely for dry skin whereas fuller’s earth and turmeric are used for oily skin. -Mix papaya and honey and mash it. Apply and wash after 20 minutes. Use this face pack every other day for a naturally spotless fair skin. This pack also eliminates the sun tanning which causes patchiness on the skin and the dark spots or the pimple marks which will refrain the skin from looking spotless. -Take one tomato, grate it well and mix it with 3-4 drops of lime juice. Apply it on your face wait for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it daily and feel the change on your face. -A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

In male, growth[ht] will be in b/w. 15 after n till 23-24max. But its not sure that whether the ht will be increased after 23 rd age. and mostly it is based on your parental, hereditary factors. Still as atrial, you can try bakson's hite aid tablets 5-5-5, daily for 2-3 months and check the change f so any, and also, along with that you need to take health diet which is rich of vit d, n calcium contents, and do regular exercises related.

If symptoms are sneezing, running nose, blocked nose 1. Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. Take proper home made diet. 3. Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days frequent/ continuous cough cold may be because of many reasons like: 1. Any ENT problem like DNS polyp sinusitis 2. Low immunity 3. Allergic condition so you need to consult ENT doctor for proper examination and further management.

Instead of Brushing twice daily, i would recommend my patients to brush once in the morning properly, rinse after every meal/snacks and use a dental floss and mouthwash daily. Mouthwash to be used at night half an hour before sleeping. Sooner in India, we will have a trend of water floss which is a revolution in oral care. Its already available on e-commerce websites and is highly successful in United States. Visiting a dentist every six months for a regular check up is must.

Sir, I am almost 19 years old and I am very very thing as compare to my family members. They all r gud healthy. I am only 38 kg and I feel my self very very thin. Even my friends hav gud health sometimes I feel bad about it. I thought with growing age I might get my health bt its not happening. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Within a month to reduce her excess weight is not possible and not healthy too. An ideal healthy weight loss programme is at the rate of 3-4 kgs per month. Include more metabolism boosting foods in your diet with moderate protien and carbs. Wheat germ, wheat bran, wheat grass, lemon grass, flaxseeds, herbal teas, leeks, parsley are some of the best metabolism boosting foods which aid in weight loss.

To have a glowing skin and healthy hair, pay attention to your diet and lifestyle. Diet should include seasonal fruits, whole wheat breads and vegetables. Avoid processed food, beverages containing excess sugar and fast food containing cornflour. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Exercise for 30 minutes daily. Avoid smoking. Do deep breathing exercises. Wash your hair 2-3 times a week with the shampoo that suits your hair type. Use sunscreen, broad brimmed hats, umbrella, if spending long hours in sun.

Dust allergy is partly genetic and partly environmental. Thus it never goes away. With better, less dusty environment  the extent if the problem gets reduced. Medicines help to downregulate the immune response of your body to these environmental allergens. Long term lifestyle  changes with gradually tapering medication  helps to tackle chronic sinus problems.  Start taking Steam inhalation twice a day. *For chronic allergic rhinosinusitis you will need to take a long term course of antibiotics  together  with Nasal sprays. *You will need to avoid dusty environment  and dust mites, animal dander etc. Regular cleaning of AC air filters. Wearing mask while driving 2 wheelers/working in dusty  areas Medical  management  is done for 3 months and then patients  condition is reviewed.  Intermittent treatment is not beneficial  in the long run. . Why are you under so much stress. Probably it might be exam time for you. Just have faith on what you have studied so far. Headache itself will go with the sleep. Because of stress or some problem the mind is extra active and do not let you sleep and keep you engaged in some thoughts or others consciously or subconsciously. Identify the issue with you talk about it to family or friends you will feel better. Go for a brisk walk, watch some movie, and relax. You can get back to me in case the problem remains.
