Looking into your condition, you might be suffering from fissure-in-anus. Drink more of liquids, avoid spicy and oily foods. Take stool softeners in the form of Laxher powder or simple isabgol. Apply ointment pilex (himalaya) or sunarin (s g phyto) daily twice after cleaning. Revert back for any assistance.

Just as your overall health will benefit from eating a balanced diet, so too should the health of your hair. Once it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t put foods in your body that speed up hair loss. You may be experiencing a thinning on top already, but you can counteract this (or at least slow it down) by eating from every food group daily -- concentrating on foods that are rich in protein, iron, silica, and zinc.

My height is 5 feet 2 inches. MY father and brother both have height 5 feet 10 inches. My age is 18. What should I do to increase my height?

My height is 5 feet 2 inches. MY father and brother both have height 5 feet 10 inches. My age is 18. What should I do...
We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. Increase in height at your age depends upon a no. of factors like 1.Heriditary factor 2.Recorded any increase in height in last 6 months 3.Amount of effort you are putting in for increase in height 4.How much serious are you for your height 5.Will you give 100% if I show you a direction 6.Just do your bit with full determination and leave the rest to time, exercises and medicines. 9 reasons curd is great for your health

B.H.M.S., M.D. (Homoeopathy)
Homeopath, Surat
9 reasons curd is great for your health!

Curd or dahi, is a popular food item all over the country. In the north, people eat it with flattened rice or chapatis while in the south, people are great patrons of curd rice. Some sections of the society even consume curd for superstitious purposes. It is thought that consuming curd before embarking on a journey will ensure safety and good health. Made from milk, this dairy product has a lot of health benefits. Here are some reasons why you should add curd to your daily diet starting today.

1. Helps improve digestion
The nutrients present in curd are easily absorbed by your digestive system. Not only that, it also helps in absorbing nutrients from other food items that you have eaten. It can also be used along with spicy food, as curd cools down and neutralises the heat that these foods create. A Taiwanese study even found that curd is helpful in curing H. Pylori infections which is the most common type of stomach infection.

2. Healthy for your heart
In a day and age where more and more young people are falling prey to heart disease, consuming curd can go a long way in maintaining heart health. It minimizes the risk of high blood pressure and helps reduce cholesterol levels by preventing the thickening of carotid arteries.

3. Milk substitute for those who are lactose intolerant
Some people, who cannot consume milk because they are lactose intolerant, can safely consume curd. It converts the lactose present in milk to lactic acid, making it easier to digest. Also, you do not lose out on the nutritional boost that milk provides.

4. Helps boost immunity
Curd has ‘good bacteria’ present in it which strengthens your immune system by fighting against several microorganisms that are present in the body. It is also useful in preventing vaginal yeast infection in women. These properties of curd do not diminish even when it is heated along with curry preparations to add flavour. Eat it daily to prevent infections and stay healthy!

5. Good for your teeth and bones
All dairy products are good for your bones, and curd is no different. Like milk, curd too has a high amount of phosphorous and calcium. This makes it beneficial for your teeth and bones as it helps promote bone growth and makes your teeth stronger. Taking care of your bones is essential if you want to avoid painful diseases like osteoporosis and arthritis in the future.

6. Can be used as a skincare product
Nutrients like zinc, Vitamin E and phosphorus make curd a natural skincare product and it is often used as an ingredient in homemade packs. A simple mixture of curd, gram flour and lime juice can be made at home to give you an attractive and glowing face.

7. Helps get rid of dandruff
Many advertisements claim to have found the magical chemical formula for curing dandruff. But, curd can be a simple homemade solution. Why is it good to get rid of dandruff? It has lactic acid which has anti-fungal properties. What more? You don’t even have to add other ingredients to it. Just whip some curd in a bowl, and add it to your scalp. Leave it for an hour, and wash properly with water.

8. Helps you lose weight
Whenever nutritionists make a diet plan, the first thing they include is curd. The calcium present in it prevents your body from pumping more cortisol. Hormonal imbalance of cortisol is responsible for a host of problems like hypertension, obesity and cholesterol.

9. Helps release stress and anxiety
Being stressed can wreck your health. Finding ways to relax and rejuvenate is imperative in today’s world. Along with other things, eating some curd can surely help. According to a study conducted by UCLA’s School of Medicine, eating curd was linked to lower levels of activity in the part of brain responsible for emotion and pain.

Height is something which is decided by our genes, so we can hardly do anything about it. But you can do exercises, eat good food (a balanced diet), stay calm and tension free and everything will be alright. Try eating healthy foods, doing moderate exercise and taking proper rest. You may also try various Yogasanas such as Tadasana or Vrikshasana or any asana that stretches your spine. Get your postures correct. Never sit or walk with drooping shoulders. Your spine should always be straight. Try to be careful with the type of exercise you are doing. Do stretching exercises more instead of focusing in building specific areas of body. This way the body becomes relaxed and it acts as a catalyst to your growth mechanism. Do not try to do extreme weight-lifting as this will make your body stiff and work in those areas more than your height growth. Also, get optimum sleep everyday. Take rests and naps between work, eat regular meal along with nutritious fruits and veggies and let your body do the work.

I am 60 years old married woman with two grown up children. My menopause occurred when I was about 47. Of late, in the past 4 months, I am having frequent white discharges. We consulted a famous gynaecologist in nagpur on 30 march 15. As advised by her I underwent pap smear test and ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis. Pap smear test says" smears show an inflammatory background. There are sheets of neutrophils present. Also groups of squamous cells seen with out any atypical features. Opinion: benign cellular changes of inflammation" opinion of ultrasound scan of abdomen and pelvis test: endometrium is slightly thick for post menopausal. No other demonstrable abnormality. (uterus is normal size (4 x 2.9 x 2.3 cm) and shows normal echo texture. Endometrium - 6 mm, regular) after the test applied ointment and inserted the tablet for 3 days as prescribed by the doctor. But the white discharge is still continuing and has not reduced much. In may 15, I had bleeding slightly for about 2 hours after taking crocin for fever. Please advice.

Yu have to make up mind to think positively and get satisfied fro life. Read books and listen to music and mingle with good people 1. Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute brisk walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer. People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. In addition to getting aerobic exercise, some yoga poses can help relieve feelings of depression. Two other aspects of yoga — breathing exercises and meditation — can also help people with depression feel better. 2. Nurture yourself with good nutrition. Depression can affect appetite. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might overeat.. Proper nutrition can influence a person's mood and energy. So eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and get regular meals (even if you don't feel hungry, try to eat something light, like a piece of fruit, to keep you going). 3. Identify troubles, but don't dwell on them. Try to identify any situations that have contributed to your depression. When you know what's got you feeling blue and why, talk about it with a caring friend. Talking is a way to release the feelings and to receive some understanding. 4. Express yourself. With depression, a person's creativity and sense of fun may seem blocked. Exercise your imagination (painting, drawing, doodling, sewing, writing, dancing, composing music, etc.) and you not only get those creative juices flowing, you also loosen up some positive emotions. Take time to play with a friend or a pet, or do something fun for yourself. Find something to laugh about — a funny movie, perhaps. Laughter helps lighten your mood. 5. Try to notice good things. Depression affects a person's thoughts, making everything seem dismal, negative, and hopeless. If depression has you noticing only the negative, make an effort to notice the good things in life. Try to notice one thing, then try to think of one more. Consider your strengths, gifts, or blessings. Most of all, don't forget to be patient with yourself. Depression takes time to heal.

I think my problem is related to psychiatrist or psychologist - I m not sure. Need that clarity. For long, I have been finding myself dull, not interested in life or work. At times I don't remember what I discussed with someone or I have promised to do. I even tend to forget things, tasks. I don't find energy in myself to do something or initiate something other than my regular office job or mandatory things required to do at home. Though I try but I don't enjoy with people companies or with family if I go outside. Feels depressed from a long time now. Sometimes have a pain at back of neck where the head joins but not always. There is a history of last 7 years when I got married and in parallel I switched job. One. My wife was not able to align with my side of family and in all that jugglery it have me a lot of stress. Though I was hyper active in my life before marriage foreg doing gym, joining dance class, going parties, doing adventurous activities but suddenly everything came to stop as she was and is not interested in any playful activity nor she was ever supportive if I propose to do the same. It continuously added onto my stress and my physical health deteriorated. Though my wife situation with my side of family improved now but now I m not able to aggregate any energy to do outside fun activities. Romance and sex also was hardly present between us which also caused added stress and life is running as it is as if I m living for some reason that is our daughter. Two. My job switch at the same time. I moved from a big firm to a small family company at the same time. The environment was too demanding and the boss behavior was unbearable. It was all time shouting, screaming environment, a lot of micro management was done from his side - which caused me a lot of stress. Though I tried to leave the job many times - resigned 3 times - but he did not allowed me to leave and created an environment that I could not leave it. But it never improved the situation. He has been very active to track our cvs on all job sites and everytime used to show printouts of our cv and forced us to remove the profiles. Though I have been finally able to quit last year still jobless that time. But now my new job does not have that kind of environment. And I feel lot relieved. But that previous job has created such an impact on my mental status that I m still struggling with my mental strengths, energy levels, no concentration power, low remembrance and a lost will-power that I used to have in ample. (symptoms mentioned in 1st para). Looking for some guidance how to come back to a better life and get back my will power, concentration power, stamina, remembrance power and so a happy un- depressed life.

Dear, all the problems you have mentioned in your quesion is related to attitude and related mood. If your attitude is not right, everything you look into will present itself as dull. That includes your body. You are feeling dull because you are not properly looking into the eventualities. Positive thinking will help you a lot. I suggest you to consult a psychologist. Take care.

My hair falls after taking bath. Do not know the reason. Please help how I can stop these hair fall.
It is a myth. Washing your hair will not cause it to fall out prematurely. The hairs you find in your drain were already lose and ready to come out when you began shampooing. Hair loss is an internal matter and actual mechanism starts 3-4 months before it comes out. Washing hair do not cause more hair loss. The fact is that while using shampoo we rinse our hair so some weaken hairs stick to our palm and we feel that washing hair causes more hair loss.
