TRIGLYCERIDES are fats carried in the BLOOD from the food we eat. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into TRIGLYCERIDES and stored in fat cells throughout the body. High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protact from heart fail during sleep at night.

Hello, The details given by you is not sufficient for proper treatment, but as homoeopathy is safe to take, so recommend you to apply Schwabe's Calendula & Aloe Vera cream over it and take orally Petroleum 200/ twice daily for 2 weeks; wear cotton clothes including inners, avoid wearing wet clothes and too tight clothes.

Dear, there are methods by which you can gain height. Do these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height.

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Your many problem lies within you, so you can solve it easily, what it requires is someone who can show the way which leads to solution of your problem. Everyone is unique and everyone has some quality ,you need to recognise that quality after knowing that quality you will start loving yourself ,stop fighting with yourself. For few days forget everything only focus on yourself your liking, your hobby, you can go with your friend somewhere and when you become relax then analyse the problem, At that time you will be able to rule out the reason for your depression and after that if you feel the same and not able to diagnose the problem then you must go for medication along with counselling. In the meantime try few things when you get irritated or angry you can divert your mind some where else ,make any good friend and share your feelings. We can't change the thinking of people around us but we can change our approach. When some thing disturbs you write it on paper, best way is to avoid and involve yourself in some other activity. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take homoeopathic medicines 1. Acid phos 30 (4 drops in little water) every morning for 7 days 2. Weisbaden 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day gap for 7 days and revert. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Another broken heart! I have been there, done that. But it is difficult. Take this as a challenge and do better than expected by concentrating on your studies, immediately. If you are expecting this relationship to somehow work out, then it may be even more difficult. But if it is clear, that it is all over, then, even though it is painful, it is relatively a better situation to deal with. If it is the latter, just get rid of every reminder of that girl, and change your room decor, friends, jaunts, social circles, activities, and just throw yourself into your studies. If you love the person, just let her go, and if she is meant for you, she will return. I am sure you have heard this before but it is true. Change your schedule, and put in a lot of time focusing on your studies. Take charge of your life, and don?t let a girl, if she is undeserving, ruin your plans. I am glad you want to do your exams. I really like that.

It may due to less blood circulation. You should walk daily at least for 15 mins and have lots of water. It can also be neuropathy.

A good posture plays a key role in the development of your height. A good posture is one where the head and neck are aligned without any sign of bending or slouching.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana play Basket ball . Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height.

You have to first treat your adenomyosis so this heavy bleeding with clots comes under control. By such heavy bleeding your haemoglobin level will go down since you r 39 years old so if you want to be pregnant you have to take extra care and be under observation of doctor.
